My name is Maria Rosa and we rent a house with this company since September 2022. Untill now we have no access to the gated community. We have to wait until another resident to arrive so we can get in and go to our house.
We have been calling Lidya (the property manager), the Hampton & Hampton, talking to Teresa and they just say they are working on it. Last week I had to spend the night in the car by the community gate. They don't solve the problem and just say they will try it. We have called, sending emails, leaving mesages and no reponse. They charge every month and receive the rent, but don't give us access to the community. This is ilegal and unethical. This is humiliating.
