Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando-North/Altamonte Springs

This hotel is very clean. Don't have to worry about having enough towels, linens, etc. Didn't have to ask for anything. Very nice hotel and I will book again when I come back next business trip.

I really enjoy coming to this location. It is quiet, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable. Amenities are great. The staff treat me with the highest level of professional courtesy.

Went on a trip for our church to the Christian convention on Orlando. I had two reservations for the same room and they made me buy and book AGAIN, even though I spoke to them to confirm I had reserved both rooms. The key stopped working and the manager was on some power trip and said nothing she could do but for us to pay. Even though both reservations were for the same room, under the same name, paid with the same card DAYS BEFORE WE ARRIVED. On top of that they never once sent ANYONE TO CLEAN THE ROOM. EVER. I had to go downstairs to ask for clean towels. Over $300 of extra hidden fees for dirty rooms and no customer service in sight. Will never book here again and warn my friends to stay away from this establishment.

When you arrive, the first thing you feel is the stink of cigarettes, in front of the door, they are uncomfortable and even more so when you have asthmatic children. Very unpleasant, they must separate another area for smokers.

I will never stay at this hotel again. The desk is very rude and Aarya lied about cleaning King rooms last. They tell you they clean the King rooms last! Do not try to check in before 3: 00 if you have a King reservation, although they will allow numerous people to check in while you wait. We had to settle for a Queen room that needed a deep cleaning and updating. The next day housekeeping was cleaning a King room as we passed and it was only 10: 30. By 1: 00 that day all the rooms on the 5th floor were cleaned as we watched the staff clean several rooms. I would give less stars if possibkle. They don't care.

I changed My stay from 2 nights to 1 night with 5 days notice. Apparently the person who answered never made the change and I was charged. The manager refused to give a refund despite numerous conversations and the original employee telling me a manager would issue a refund in the morning. I travel A lot and will never again stay at a Hilton due to this poor customer service. Do not trust their hotel policies.

Just stayed here and literally have no complaints! From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, literally everyone was wonderful. Room was clean and well maintained. Food was much better than dinner other hotels. I'd love to stay here again!

Checked in with the mobile app, my phone worked properly for the exterior and room doors. Room was good, water very hot so great shower. Breakfast was omelettes and bacon in addition to the usual cold offerings, and the breakfast girls were super happy and pleasant.

The rooms are clean and modern. Most importantly the staff is very polite and accommodating. I would recommend.

One of my favorite places to stay. Everytime I'm in the area I look forward to staying here. Very clean, excellent service. Morning breakfast is just what I need. Love this place.

Location is great, being right off of I4 and SR436. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decent hotel. Nothing fancy, everything works and the room was clean. Breakfast area is well stocked and clean. Extremely busy area.tons of traffic around the hotel. Pretty easy access from I-4 but be prepared to sit in traffic.just like everywhere else in Orlando.

The customer service was wonderful. They answered our questions with love. My wife and I felt welcomed and appreciate the service the hotel provided. I will love to give Mrs. Beverly a shout out for all of the hard work. Keep up the good work.

I booked two nights at this hotel and then had to cancel my reservation. I was told I would be charged for the first night as per the cancellation policy, I wasn't happy, but it was in the fine print. I just got my credit card bill and they charged me for the whole stay! I have called twice and been told the manager would call me back and I have gotten no response. Very disappointed in what is normally a great hotel. Won't be using this chain in the future.

Really nice place. Very clean and well staffed. Severed a continental breakfast that was good, many choices. It's right on the outside edge of Orlando, so you are not really in the city and a pretty good surrounding neighborhood.

The staff is the best willing to go above and beyond the customers expectations. The little things a friendly smile, holding the door, getting you a extra towel while finishing a work out in the pool or gym. Making sure your child is aware of where you are. These small and intricate details put you above the rest. My hats off to you and thank you sincerely.

The staff was some of the friendliest at a hotel I've ever met. The attendant at the desk greeted me with a huge smile every morning and offered water. The custodial staff was very cheerful and never walked by anyone and ignored them as with other hotels. Everything was comfortable and the hotel is very clean. Very convenient location.

Out room was very clean and had a pleasant scent to it. It looked very well kept and the staff was great.
