26We had a room here for convenience so we would have a comfortable air conditioned place to hang out before the fireworks at Red Hot and Boom. The lady at the counter was great about making sure our whole party had parking passes so none of us would get towed and was super friendly. Comfy beds, good wifi, nice room overall. No complaints.
I wish I would have gotten her name, but a woman behind the counter as you walked in was so kind to me. She directed to the room I was to have my meeting in almost as soon as I walked in. The conference room was cozy and held us all nicely. Bathrooms were clean as well.
Very clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very friendly as well. This would be at the top of my list for Altamonte Springs.
Check in was a breeze, especially with the app and electronic key. The hotel is well kept in clean. The staff is professional and welcoming.
The front desk clerk, Beverly was amazing. She was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and vibrant. My room was quiet, just what I needed after a long work day and the bed was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
This was a lovely hotel! Very modern, very comfortable, very clean! Excellent breakfast, all staff were very helpful and friendly.
