Booked a massage/facial on a whim. Staff was friendly and professional. I liked both of my treatments. Convenient location for those who live downtown.

Went in as a "guest" using someone ik package. I went in with some neck pain tried to have it massaged out I usaully have the guys because they Can do the firm pressure and not just rub oil.
Although that's pretty much what I got.just rubbing oil.
And sadly when I was done my neck is in more pain now then I even walked in with.
Highly disappointed as this location use to be my favorite as they use to make me feel relaxed but now I know to just go to somewhere else
Save your money and time and Choose different location or different massage brand all together

The environment was clean and the staff was professional. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the total price (after getting a collagen add-on) but otherwise all went well. The facial service itself was great. Thank you!

Love that they are open when most massage places are not open for fear of COVID. They were very safe, followed all guidelines: employees wearing mask, social distancing in the office. I have intense neck and back pain from my profession so this was a necessity for me.

I felt nothing but positive energy from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I had a facial done with micro dermabrasion, extractions, detox and collagen. It was one the best facials I have ever had. They were punctual, professional, and very attentive to my needs. Highly recommend!

Worst place ever! I would never have any experience with those guys anymore! And don’t recommend to anyone else going there! Ruined my whole life!
They have canceled my appointment for couples massage on the Valentine’s Day. Called me 45 minutes prior when me and my wifey were on the way there. And instead of offer something like reschedule a time on the same day or sending me to another location they just told me that it’s their mistake and they have double booking for me and someone else. The only option they had he’s putting me on the other day for the same price.
How could you say so?
It’s like calling right before Christmas night saying that they need to take my Christmas tree with the gifts for the kids or stealing my turkey from the table before Thanksgiving day dinner with the whole family.
Manager just disconnected my phone call and didn’t want to talk to me when I tried to reach them back again.
What am I supposed to do when they letting me know 45 minutes prior on Valentine’s Day when it was 7 PM. Everything is booked everything is packed. No place to go.
How am I supposed to explain to my wife that they did so?
I wish they will have same type of experience in their life for every next holidays!

I came as a tag along friend with my mom after a long weekend of moving between cities. JACK WAS EVERYTHING TO ME! Great conversation and magical hands. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and commited to your relaxation. I ended up with my own membership that's well worth it!

I got both facial (Clara) and massage (I hope I am not butchering her name here Useri, sounds like that) anyways I thoroughly Enjoyed my time with these two exceptional women!

I just got my first-ever facial (using my SpaWeek gift card that I won). I went to Hand and Stone at Orange and Michigan. They were very nice. I had Zoe, and I do recommend her, especially if you're like me and you want to know and learn what's going on. She was very educational! I would definitely go again.

Let me start by saying the therapists are absolutely wonderful! I have been going here for almost 2 years. However, the reason for my rating is that the owner, Yvonne, is completely rude and condescending. She has snapped at me several times and just seems like she does not want to be bothered. The front office staff does just fine without her barking at everyone when they ask a simple question. I’ve seen her talk down to her own staff too. Such a shame!

I finally tried the hot stone massage! Wow! That was awesome! The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional.

I got monthly facials from here. The lead aesthetician is AMAZING! I definitely trust her and highly recommend.

Imagine a quiet room with soft music and the hands of an expert masseuse massaging your sore neck and back for a half hour or so. That was my recent experience at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. A good massage can make a big difference in how your body feels. I generally go for a massage when I have an acute muscle strain or something like that, but I think I will have to do it more often, just for the general well-being of body and spirit.

A very relaxing place and really gives you that soothing and chill vibe. I love the scent this place emits. Great service as well.

I've been getting facials for over 10 years now and I can honestly say she is the most amazing and knowledgeable esthetician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is a veteran in the esthetics field. She has so much knowledge about skin and she loves to take the time to educate her clients. I am so beyond thankful and blessed to have crossed paths with her. She has completely transformed my skin. For years and years I have struggled with embarrassing acne, texture, and hyper-pigmentation. I have tried so many different prescription medications through dermatologists and have gotten SO many facials over the years and nothing has really helped me achieve results or really gotten it under control. Tara however, has worked her magic on me through various sessions to really get all my skin concerns under control. Because of her work both in the facial room and through her customized recommendations of clarity products my skin is now so much brighter and smoother. Her facials are definitely results driven, I promise you will feel and see a major difference in your skin even after just one session. Had deep tissue massage done at this location in the last 5 weeks. Two African American ladies were horrific, absolutely not knowing their craft. I am judging them based on many years of getting massages. I didn't say anything to the staff at this location as I have given them 2 chances and they failed me miserably. With that said I heave had a fantastic massage at their Winter Park location where i will likely go back. Hand and Stone should really look into these novice therapists and should have screened them better.

Ask for James! My massage was the perfect amount of pressure. James is very pleasant and his hand technique is A+.
