First time here, and I’m glad I finally have them a try! $60 for your first visit, which is very fairly priced for this area. After that, the price increases. You can avoid the price increase by joining their membership for $60 monthly for a massage each month.

The building and decor is very inviting and and relaxing. The lobby is nice and calming and the wait is not bad with a reservation.

The massage rooms are very peaceful. The rooms are kept at a nice temperature and the music is calm and tranquil.

The massage therapist was very kind and accommodating with the pressure she used. They use hot oil and towels here to help relax mussels. She wasn’t talkative, which I appreciate when I get a massage. We talked a bit, but I wasn’t forced into conversation like with some places I’ve been.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a facial in the downtown Orlando location for 9am. I got there on time, and the lady in the front desk states that I have been booked for a massage instead, when I clearly stated on the phone more than twice I wanted to book a facial. The lady in the front desk did apologize for the inconvenience and called the winter park location to see if they had any openings and luckily they had a 10am appointment available which I took but it did take time out of my work schedule which was not okay. My facial went well, but towards the end an incident happened at the location & I had to rush to get ready and get out the spa. Although it’s not anyone’s fault, it was just an overall hectic situation & wish my day went smoother.

Outstanding staff and a management that is willing to work with you. Try different therapists until you find a good fit. Tipping can get expensive do be careful. Maybe tip before you cone out. Anyway this is a slice of heaven in Sodo the real Orlando Beautiful or Mucho benevidas.
