The salesman, Jerome Sledge, was very knowledgeable and courteous. The variety and quality of the furniture was exquisite. I would definitely recommend to anyone to decorate their home with Haverty's furnishing. They're the Best.

The furniture is high quality. Mr Sledge, our sales consultant was an expert on their product and a true professional. My wife and I highly recommend this store.

End table was damaged. A replacement was ordered. It too was damaged. Re ordered. Bar stools we purchase, one had damage on the leg.

Overpriced junk, delivery arrived with no hardware for bunk-bed.twice. Cocktail table had scratches and dings all over. Looked like they used a magic marker to cover scratches. Delivery was late and damaged my wood floors.ughhh this is a nightmare of a company. Rooms to go here i come

Helpful and friendly staff. Didn't see what I wanted on their website but in the store I was able to mix and match pieces to get exactly what I wanted.

I hate rating furniture stores because to each their own when it comes to taste.so I'll give it a 3 to be fair despite my personal opinions of their furniture; quality, price, aesthetic appeal, comfort etc.if you dont want to know my personal thoughts then I'd stop here and just back out.personally havertys is an over priced furniture store carrying poor quality furniture but upmarketing it as valuable.

Excellent quality furniture but it's very expensive. On-site decorator which is nice but they unfortunately completely missed what we were looking for. Oh well.
