30 Awesome salespeople. Jessica was amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I also got to speak with Carmen, the manager, and she was very professional, helpful and made sure I was being satisfied by resolving my concerns. This location also made our 9 y/o felt like he was part of the whole buying experience. Patty, the designer, provided excellent advise and we were very pleased with how our living room furniture turned out to look in our home.
I will be buying from them again.

The best place to purchase a Tempur-Pedic, ask for "Brenda" they have been in business for over 130 yrs and have one of the best customer service and delivery staff I have encountered in FL

I'm leaving this review for the sales associate who helped us. His name is Jerome, now we only bought 4 pillows at $10 each bc I couldn't find anything in their showroom that I liked but he treated us which so much respect and SO helpful and we only bought pillows, if you go in try and see if you can speak with him. He knew every detail about the furniture even the dining set glass tops. I was very impressed and will be visiting their website to see if I like something and will call Jerome.
I've been there twice and went to buy elsewhere because the clerks are not knowledgeable or trained.
Customer service was good but their prices are outrageous. Unless they lower their prices they will not get any business from me.
