Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chaffee-Jacksonville West

We stay here every time we are in town. Stephen always goes above and beyond to be sure we are taken care of from the time we arrive until we leave. The rest of the staff is super nice. The beds are so comfortable and they are pet friendly. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel and its staff.

Room was clean and nice, pool was good, hot breakfast every morning. Staff was nice. Was here for two weeks, good place.

Called in for nightly rate, Girl at front desk didn't want to give me a nightly rate total and disconnected call. Called back, she said she was the GM. Very rude! Won't be staying here especially at $135.00 a night in a two star hotel with rude staff! 09/10/2020 2: 01pm

Clean, Not Crowded, Mask Wearing, and Staff is extremely nice. Not to mention the breakfast pet friendly also.

Love this hotel. Have stayed here for 10 yrs on a yrly basis for reunions. Great service good continental breakfast. Nice pool. Great recommendations.

I am absolutely disappointed by the lack of professionalism of this hotel, not only when I walked in the front desk was left unattended for, the employee at the time was outside smoking marijuana and kissing all over the place. The young lady with curly bright red hair still ignored me as I passed by her and left the hotel and went elsewhere. Please hire more professional people.

Absolutely enjoyed my vacay getaway as I visited home.front desk associate Ms Katie was such a delightful and gracious. Need more associates like her! Also Ms Cynthia the manager of housekeeping was so pleasant and accommodating I will definitely be back soon for a stay. Room was nice & comfortable

Convenient location from Rt 10. Comfortable room. Pet friendly. Breakfast typical of chain hotels. Clean. Need to offer smaller, softer pillows.

Our stay at hOLIDAY iNN EXPRESS & SUITES, was awful. The bed is super high which is a problem for me as I am handicapped. The bathroom was not accessible to me although I asked for accommodations when booking the room. The hallway had an awful smell, the room had not been vacuumed, the microwave did not work, the room was super cramped and upon checking out the young lady could not tell us our cost because I had made reservations through a 3rd party.a fact that I was not aware of. I was told later that the 3rd party was called "GetARoom". Does not sound like someone I would do business with. I never got a confirmation from the 3rd party and have not been able to contact them. I just hope I have not been scammed. BE FOREWARNED.

Good breakfast with biscuits and gravy, fruit, bagels, cereal, and the automatic pancakes! This is a good place to stay if you want to be comfortable and have conveniences, but are not looking for elegance. The room has a fridge and microwave. Nice base for exploring the Jacksonville area.

Nicest hotel I've visited in a long time. Very clean, quiet, staff was helpful and polite. Outside area and parking well lit at night. Well stocked breakfast bar. Pool was very clean. I'll be returning here on my next visit.

I was on a business trip in the Jacksonville area and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Chaffee Boulevard. Staff was outstanding and I found this to be a very nice property. Nice Lobby clean room and on my visit very quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Not clean, air conditioning was loud and obnoxious, chugging like am old v8 muscle car. We had 4 rooms and one car, and there was still nowhere to park after dinner because they booked a conference. Paying for four rooms and can't even park one vehicle. It smells weird in the lobby, definitely not pleasant. No shade in the pool area.

Best breakfast ever. Internet was complicated, manager couldn't even figure it out. Business center was a nightmare

Helpful well-groomed staff, access to entry was good, very clean and conveniently located. Maintenance request needs immediate attention but overall, a good place to visit.

The people at the front desk are not friendly and you do not get greeted when you walk in or leaving.

This place was awesome! The woman who runs the breakfast was super friendly! Can't remember her name. She loved our doberman pup! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and their breakfast was yummy! And my son enjoyed the pool!

From the front desk at check in to the impeccably clean room to the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I have ever slept in followed up by an incredible free breakfast. 10 stars, in my book!

Great hotel. This is definitely not a truck driver stop hotel. No bugs, no nasty breakfast, no bad smells inside and outside the room, clean and detailed restroom. Cold and quiet A/C. Upstanding and spotless beds. Decent people and guests. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. Kids enjoyed the pristine pool.
