Holler Hyundai, Winter Park FL

Went to check out various SUVs. When I went to Holler Hyundai I checked out the palisade. And of course I wanted to see the Genesis line. In particular the GV80.
Based on my preference for high quality and good value the Genesis GV80 is outstanding.
Bepsy is a very well informed sales rep for Holler.
After test driving there was no further need to see any more vehicles. I bought the GV80 and drove it away within just a matter of an hour and a half.
I had a great experience on the service and the purchase.

I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Sonata from a different dealership due to inventory and price but this dealership is closer to me for maintenance. I dropped in for a regular maintenance and some issues my four month old car had. Derek was my service guy and he was amazing! He went over all my issues with me. Very professional and helpful. He couldn’t figure something out and didn’t hesitate to get his manager Tony involved, which by the way was great, very friendly and helpful as well! They didn’t have any loaners at the moment but put me in an Uber at their expense and got me on my way. Overall it was a better experience than my previous service visits at competitive dealership. The place might not be as big as dealerships or as new as others, tho the manager mentioned they are building a new dealership, but they make up in their professionalism, friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge! I will definitely be going back and getting all my services there.

All i can really say is im a little disappointed on the fact they weren't really trying to bring down the price on a car that was $5,000 dollars over its vaule mind you it was in a really bad accident and they really just had a total disregard about that but on a good note the salesman mr. Spencer is pretty dope and helpful throught the whole process the only thing i would say is just do your research before you go and make sure you dont end up with a upside down car best of luck.

By far the best experience that I ever have buying a car. With people like these, those old days where buy a car was a pain are over. The entire process took me less than three hours. My credit was average and the just need two credit applications. Not 18 like other places. From now on I’m a loyal customer.

The no hassle no pressure approach was a welcomed change to car buying. They paid attention to what it was we were looking for and did what they had to make sure we left their dealership with just that. Very professional and personable. They tried to charge me $200 to even look at my car for a problem I got fixed for free at a local shop. As a student new to Orlando I would not trust this place.

These people are the most loving and caring people that I have ever met in the car industry and God knows that I have bought many cars.
