Holler Hyundai, Winter Park FL

I left my car there for first-thing'-in-the-morning service. I didn't hear from them all day so contacted them at 4 pm. We were told that the person in charge would call us right back. He didn't. We waited an hour and called again. Same story. Fourth try, at 7 pm, we were told that the service shop was closed so we had to wait til the mext day to get the car back. Inexcusable.

Service techs need more training and after complete there work verified it so you don't have to come back for the same thing.

I bought my car new at Holler Hyundai 3 years ago and always get my maintenance done by the service department. Ty is my service advisor and is AMAZING! I have been using him since the beginning. He is always friendly and always looking out for what is best for myself and the car. Having a service advisor that knows you and the car is really important to me and Ty fits this perfectly!
