I have used many services through Holy Cross, and every year the services get worse and the wait times get longer. I have to call to follow up on test results. I wait hours after my scheduled appointment time, messages never make it to my doctor, receptionist will call to reschedule an appointment; I'll agree to reschedule then call me five times to tell me I never rescheduled and I need to cancel. Some of the staff are just downright rude and nasty and its really unbelievable where Holy Cross has ended up. I am so disappointed. I had my Gyno, PCP, Nutrionist, Pulmonary/Sleep Study, xrays, just to name a few services I have utilized over the years.

Holy cross Hospital is the most accommodating hospital for families of patients. It is a big help when patients have to stay in the hospital for long periods of time. The doctors are top notch. My surgeon, Dr David is the best. He tells you exactly how long the pain should last and for how many days, and he is always correct. I had open chest surgery, and it hurt for barely a day and a half!

First time in a long time, that I have actually gone to a hospital and every employee from Doctor to housekeeper was genuinely nice, caring, nurturing, compassionate. Medically they knew what they were doing. I’m here with my 96 year old mom I just want to thank you all for the great professional care that was provided.
