Rooms look newly renovated and place was very clean. Extremely nice staff too.

The place was very loud and hard to sleep at. The ac unit would shut off and turn on about every 30 minutes and occasionally make a loud ringing sound. There were bright lights that shine through the curtains. The final problem was that room service came at 7: 30PM

Maid came at 7pm to clean the room. 7PM! Clean but old. Beds are hard. And you have to push the plug to the left, and hold, to make the hair dryer work. WiFi drops faster than an epileptic.

Howard Johnson should as well as Wyndam Rewards should be embarrassed to have their names associated with this place.
The guy working the front desk was so rude and pompous. One of my photos you'll see a towel in the tub. The tub took HOURS to drain, we were worried about the cleanliness of the tub surface, so we stood on the towel to shower. The toilet was filthy, the fridge leaked water on the floor.
The best things about the room was the beds were clean and comfy, the tv and sink area were operational as well.
$250 for 2 days.what a rip off!
I plan on calling the folks I booked the room through to see what can be offered to me. Howard Johnson hotels are usually decent.

Booked in around one am and we couldn't get our key to work. Asked the front desk to help and also made a complaint about the people above us. Gentleman at the front desk came and opened the room and said he would handle the situation upstairs. We started to settle in hoping that maybe the party outside the room above us wouldn't be as loud but you could hear so much. These people were very disrespectful and it seemed that the gentleman at the front didn't do much about the situation. After waiting it out we went back to the front desk and asked for the money back because there was no way we would be able to sleepthrough the party above us. He said that if we didn't like the room then we should have let him know within the first 5-10 minutes and that he could not refund our money because we didn't let him know in time and this was after I waited in line for ten minutes to talk to him. He had said he would handle the situation for us or we could leave. Didn't trust that it would get handled because nothing got resolved the first time. Left before 2am. Wasn't even worth $130 to stay and ended up leaving the key with him and left without a refund. Not a happy customer.

It was ok, the room was clean. In the room is a 20" tv, that wasnt a good look. Bathroom is real small. They do offer a real basic breakfast, which includes grits, oatmeal, cereal, powder and chocolate covered donuts, waffles, toast, coffee, apple juice and orange juice. Its ok if you need a room

The toliet was not working, the floors were filthy, and the breakfast was terrible. The bathroom needs attention! They refused to provide extra bath towels. The room was cramped Otherwise, the beds were clean and mini appliances were functioning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel for the money. Friendly courteous staff, clean room, comfy bed. If you want a 5 star, book it and pay for it. Great little hotel.

SPACE BETWEEN THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR AND THE FLOOR /MICROWAVE ALMOST CAUGHT FIRE!

There was a space underneath the door when the door is closed, big enough for bugs or whatever to crawl underneath

The lady in line behind me was asking for her money back because there were Roaches on her pillow.

I wouldn't suggest bringing anyone, spouse, kids, etc to this hotel.if you just need some place to put your bags and sleep for a night, it may work if you're on a budget.

UPDATE: the microwave emitting a burning smell and started to flash while I was popping popcorn. The popcorn wasn't burnt, however it seemed like it was the microwave that was about to catch fire. (This happened after I wrote the above review).

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Smoker room, loud/drunk construction workers all night long, felt very unsafe! Waiting for fun shots.

This place is nearly impossible to stay it our hotel room had dirty floors sheets smelled terrible the bathroom was absolutely disgusting nearly no room to move around. Then if it couldn’t get any worse we got back to our room from the beach there was a lizard sitting on our mirror. We were shook when we reported to the hotel front desk they said that they refuse to get the Lizzard out of the hotel were rude had a attitude it is hard to believe but we are in complete shock. ‍️

Terrible customer service. Very disrespectful bosses and were not helpful. Terrible breakfast and there was barley anything to eat. Please don’t come here if you want to have a pleasant vacation.

Extremely poor staff management and horrendous customer service. The staff, my family and I encountered, were not helpful at all and rude. If you want to ruin your vacation please come to this hotel.

It was really noisey in the night because of the cars and AC didn't work. The room smelled like disgusting paint. Breakfast was in a crowded room.
