Call and state very clearly you want help paying your debt and instead you just get threatened with legal action. Trying to clear my credit but the guy in the office is such a pansy he thinks that seeming big and bad is more important then helping us. I will pay my debt. They have one guy in the office that is absolutely a piece of work.
I find this company to be very rude when speaking to one of the agents, so I ask to speak to another agent instead and honestly I feel like the whole company need to take classes on speaking to people cause everyone I spoke to was rude. And I’m just putting this out there. I used my credit card to pay something off and later that day my card was used twice on door dash to order food I’m not saying they took my information but this company was the only one that I used my card on.
This is the worst company, they are very rude and very disrespectful. They are not helpful. Very dismissive and hung up the phone in my face.
Carlos (I think that was his name) took a chance on me and helped me tremendously. My debt was something that has been holding me back for the past 5 years. I paid down my settlement and it was off my credit report in 2.5 weeks. Just be respectful and they will take care of you. Thank you HW.
I'm a social worker attempting to help a client get their debt paid. Talking to these psychos was one of the worst work experiences of my life. They harassed me, blew up my phone, accused me of lying, made derrogatory comments about my character, and when I called back to speak to a supervisor, they were EVEN WORSE. And we were attempting to PAY them for a debt that isn't even mine! Completely unprofessional. Making formal complaints about these freaks. People in the "helping profession" don't deserve to be abused like that, and frankly, no one does. Advising the company that contracts with them to find collections business elsewhere.
This place is just as bad as my last rental company. Y'all are a scam and I been callng all day and noone is there on the phone. I give them 0 stars. They answered to take my damn money but won't answer when I'm calling for a mistake they made. Don't use them.
I paid my settlement balance off two years ago, and recently applied for a apartment and was denied I haven’t been able to reach anyone in regards to the issue I am so frustrated
Worst collection agency in the world.they want you to pay a debt but lack of customer service and manager cancelled my payment plan just wow is all I can say. The shouldn’t e en be in business furthermore if they are representing a business they are doing a poor job.
Paying a collection sucks but despite what a lot of these reviews are saying i think this agency was more than fair. Treat them with some respect and you will get the same treatment. They dropped my collection to half of the original amount which they didnt have to do. Sent me a receipt and an email stating my collection was paid. The amount of help you get from them depends on your attitude. Dont get mad at them because you screwed up.
This company is F******* TERRIBLE, the people in customer service or collections are rude, unorganized and unprofessional. The managers are just as bad. They talk to you like your uneducated. Instead of treating you with respect and try to work with you on paying off a debt they treat you like trash. By far the worst I have worked with in my life.
I needed them to send something stating I have been paying on my recent debt collection for atleast four months to a new apartment I applied for and they stated they could not unless I paid the remaining balance in full! I even had payment arrangments that automatically took out. I do not understand why they could not just send me documentation for proof of paying it.

I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company. I paid this bill sent proof.in trying to explain to Marlon Garcia this, he talked over me, refused to listen as i tried to explain the document that I sent in that showed I paid the apartment complex directly and didn't owe this amount. Filing a claim with equifax.absolutely terrible.
The Worst Company there is. Already made arrangements since a month ago and have been keeping with those arrangements and these people still call with their nasty attitudes every single day sometimes more than once per day. Seriously Already fed up with their nasty attitudes especially when I am honoring my part of the agreement.
I rented apt 4 years ago, paid deposit, full month rent and 1 year apt insurance.
I only lived there 20days then I moved out coz strong curry smell.
After moved out I received HW letter.says I owe full month of rent?

I wish I could give them less than one star. They demand payment, but then can't offer you any proof that you've paid it until after 48 hours even though they have a credit card authorization and the payment has been posted. Completely shady! If I could go back I would NOT have paid them! Filing a complaint with the State Attorney's office.
These people know nothing and just want your money. I’ve paid my debt directly to my old apartment complex and they are still trying to get me to pay more!

Very rude on the phone. The agent tryed rushing me off the phone when they called me. Also, the website says I had a payment plan for 12 when the agent said only 6. I can't believe they talk to people like this. The agent also said I dont care so he doesn't need to keep talking. I could barely understand him due to the language barrier
Horrible experience with this collection agency. The customer service agents are rude and unwilling to discuss matter details professionally. Make sure you have all details in line regarding any owed debts before you issue this company any form of payment as getting any kind of refund/ payment adjustment will be a nightmare afterwards.
