Hunter Warfield, Tampa FL

I have not received excellent customer service from Hunter Warfield. I paid what I owed to the leasing agency that I supposedly had a remaining balance on. So I am still waiting on a receipt from the company. I have never heard of a company that never answers their phones when when someone needs to talk to the supervisor. I wish no one has to go through this experience that I went through if anyone did I wish there a way to shut this company down.

Every time I try to set up an agreed payment for an apartment complex that sent my account to collections, they stop billing or contacting me after first agreed upon payment. I have to then reach out to them again. They have added thousands of dollars of fees, impossible to get debt taken care of if the goal is to add fees to my account versus getting paid.

According to an apartment complex I "resigned" a lease. Then I get slapped with 2 months backed reny for a break lease. Then after no notice from the conplex these halfwhits get intouch with me.

Here is the thing: the renewal lease is not signed by me, nor is it in my hand writing. This BS was removed from my credit in 2016 and then 1 month later 8/16 was back on my credit with the same BS "signed" lease. Which was NEVER signed by me. Shady company.

Okay, I was angry that a collection was filed in the first place, but that isn't the COLLECTION company's fault. That is the fault of the incompetent human that worked at my old apartment complex.

I did find that the Hunter Warfield website was easy to use and it cuts out the phone call portion which I hate. I negotiated for less than I owed and never had to make a phone call. I do disagree with the $10 processing fee for each one of my payments.

I tried calling all this morning and left several messages, I have heard nothing back. I can't log in online because I don't have a pin, it was never sent to me, even after I updated my address 3 weeks ago. Can someone please call me back today?

Horrible company. They had put a negative debt on my credit report. What the heck? I am Deaf and I have no job. This is silly, really. This company needs to be shut down.

My experience with H. W was at first not good they had Not done their homework BUT after they Investigated they FIXED the issue & stood by my side when I proved the TRUTH to them.
It is always good to have some proof against situations when dealing with collection agencies or anyone for that matter AND if you a Tenant take Photos BEFORE AND AFTER leaving the apt/house

My husband and I went to go get a loan, but couldn't because Hunter Warfield had reported our debt to the credit agencies. The debt was invalid and they still won't take it off! We are now stuck in our dingy apartment for who knows how long!

I am so disappointed in this company. I've been very sick and trying to speak to them, but they're not answer my calls and I had an employee act very hostile towards me. I'm not sure why they won't work with people?

I just tried calling but no one is answering again, the voicemail is full and the website needs a pin which I do not have. I've even updated my address over 3 weeks ago and I still do not have a pin.

Would give zero stars if I could. We used this agency for collections and never received a dime. I would not recommend.

0 stars honestly. I do automatic payments from my bank monthly. I check my credit score I see a collection from these scums. I'm closing on my house. An this pops up. When I paid the payment. Unreal. Unprofessional. Crooked. Thumbs down!

Just terrible all around. Will not let you settle debts at all. And it keeps updating on my credit report. I just want it off my credit so I can move on with my life. I don’t think I should be penalized this much for a mistake I made years ago. Smh

Fraudulent business practices. If you have a balance with this company get a lawyer! More then likely they are unlawfully attempting to collect.

Called today. I have PROOF in emails I never signed any contract to live in an apartment, it was a then friend of mines name on lease, yet I get a bill for 1300 dollars? ! Called to let them know invalid debt/no proof of signed lease and the two men I talked to were EXTREMLY RUDE! Hung up on me and std it is my burden to prove. Ugh no, per FDCPA laws THEY need to prove debt is valid.

Accused me of of having an outstanding balance of $200 from 2016, refused to provide proof, has been charging interest without ever bothering to get ahold of me in the first place, and attempted to receive my debit card information over the phone. Became aggressive and extremely rude when i asked for some basic information. I will be getting ahold of a lawyer soon.

This place should be closed down. I called to make a payment and the idiot Luis Pinto was rude and told me I didnt have to make the payment and hung up the phone. Well did I call in to be hung up on. No one wants to get you a supervisor and Bob Kepler is a rude person. I spoke with him about my service, he cutstme off wanting the account number. No sense of solving the concern. They didnt even wanted to give me the confirmation number after paymemt was made. If I could rate 0 is what this business would get. Horrible

Try to rip you of behalf of a creditor forwarding you the claim amount from the creditor without supporting evidence.
If you think you re in this bussiness with professionalism and business ethics, first thing you must consider to stand out what you do and get supporting docs from a creditor before you actually mailing out the fictious invoices to the people.
