Great experience. Kobe was great from beginning to end in the process of getting the can am ryker. It had to be transported from Chicago and let me immediately upon arrival to their place. Everything went smoothly as they had to work on some recalls but he communicated with me regularly to keep me up to date. Even did follow up with me to make sure everything was ok.

Justin was great as well. He walked me through the entire process of the purchase.

Highly recommend them as they put the customer first and don’t hesitate to communicate with you if any issues with the entire buying process.

Awsome guys at this place! Got in contact with Doug weeks prior to coming from Cape Coral. The guys in the front set me up with an amazing used Suzuki. I forgot the other guys name but his desk is in the front he really really helped me out. The guys got me in and out super fast.

Had handgrips installed here. Quick, fairly priced and good work. Bonus, they checked my tire pressure.

Brought my bike in for service. Joel was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I’ve had nothing but excellent service from this dealership including sales and service.

Pulled up and with 30 min Nathan and Joel had my new tire mounted on my wheel and on my way. Great dudes!

I recently had the misfortune of taking my vehicle to Imotorsports in St. Petersburg, Florida, for damage repair following an auto accident. I specifically requested that only necessary repairs be done to restore the drivability of the vehicle, without any cosmetic work. Unfortunately, my experience with Imotorsports was a complete disaster, and I am compelled to leave this review.

Initially, after discussing the repair costs with Imotorsports, we reluctantly agreed to pay over $3000 for the repairs, as we were assured that they would resolve the vehicle's driving issues. We wanted to avoid an insurance claim due to our high deductible and the potential impact on our premium. Little did we know that this decision would turn out to be a huge mistake.

Upon receiving the vehicle after the supposed repairs, it was immediately evident that nothing had changed. The vehicle still pulled hard to the right and was undriveable. Disgusted, we returned to Imotorsports, hoping they would rectify the issue. However, what followed was a long and frustrating argument, during which they informed us that an additional $1700 would be required to make the vehicle drivable. We were left with no choice but to accept their demand, as we were now unable to file an insurance claim at that point.

After what seemed like an eternity, we finally received the vehicle again, only to discover that the so-called repairs had done nothing to improve its drivability. In essence, we spent over $4000 in total, foolishly believing that we were paying for a vehicle that would drive properly. It turned out to be a complete waste of our hard-earned money.

Adding insult to injury, a manager calls us in aggressive and rude tone, threatening us with excessive charges and storage fees if we didn't collect our vehicle promptly. Their conduct was utterly unprofessional and only added to our frustration. (See the email below)

I find it necessary to share this review to warn others about the terrible experience I had at Imotorsports. Not only did they fail to fix the vehicle's issues despite taking a significant amount of our money, but their customer service was appalling. Save yourself the headache, the wasted money, and the disrespectful treatment. Steer clear of Imotorsports in St. Petersburg, Florida. Yes, they discounted the second repair by $500 but who cares when the vehicle still pulls to the right.

They failed to tell me about a part on back order and charged me shipping for the motorcycle I dealt on! The sales manager and sales person said I had to pay for shipping, but the finance manager, after the deal, confirmed no shipping, but apparently, I was charged for it! Would like my shipping costs refunded!

Got my Kawasaki Z400 here, first bike. Love it! Services have been reasonably priced. Appointments are a few days out for reserving but always do a good job.

I’ve gotten multiple bikes here over the years and these guys always do right by me. Fair prices, quality bikes, fun test rides! I’ve bought a bike or two at other places and I have to say that I’m glad I came back here for my most recent purchase. Trade in value is unmatched and Justin and Calvin have been helping me for years. This time I got help from Vargas and he is a great addition to the team! Always happy to just pop in and talk bikes with all the guys too. They can count on my repeat business!

I purchased a 2001 Goldwing that was shipped from iMotorsports in Chicago. My communication with Vargas, my salesman, was always on point. The purchase process was very little pressure. The 24 hour test drive is unheard of. I got to take the bike home for 24 hours, ride it and decide if I wanted to keep it or not. I can’t recommend Salesman Vargas, Finance Manager Justin and GSM Chris Johnson enough.

This is my second new purchase from IMotorsports in ST Pete. My first was a Kawasaki ZH2 September of last year. I wanted to get back to a cruiser recently and called around to the (local) Harley dealer. The folks were nice but we will just say not doing business the way I needed it done. Called a few other bike places just trying to value my trade knowing I was going to get smoked trading in a brand new bike after a year with only 800 miles on her. After countless $£%k off quotes from all the local major dealers I called Justin to gather some info. Justin set me up with Kalvin in the Indian dealer side of things as I had never even considered Indian. This is now why I’m a customer for life. Worked with me over the phone and via text as I work over the road. Had a trade in value in 30 min. Took a few days to narrow down what was available and what I wanted. Kalvin walked me thru each and every thing I needed and eventually we satisfied my cravings with a 2022 Chieftain Dark Horse. He even got me $500 in free accessories! Shout out to Alex for my seat rest! Now when you get turned over to the slick talking finance guys your expectations are to be ran thru the mill and your pockets emptied with all the junk they push on you and why the rates high or this fee that fee and why the price is a million dollars higher than when we started. We all know the deal. Not here and not with Justin. He wouldn’t have even let me start the trade till I explained why I was swapping bikes so soon wanting to make sure we couldn’t solve my issue another way. Talk about making sure I’m making smart decisions! Amazing rate, great term, perfect trade process. All my fears are gone. I feel great and I am cruising down the road on an amazing machine. Thanks to all involved you held to your words and promises during both transactions and went above and beyond for me. Sincerely a lifetime customer!

I bought my Grom here back in April and decided I needed a little upgrade. Ended up coming back to this place to buy a 2023 Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Justin and Kalvin did an amazing job like always. Definitely my dealer of choice and will be coming back for my next upgrade!

My experience with this outfit has been nothing but negative on several interactions. Sales personnel not willing to interact professionally or take the time to engage with the customer. They are clearly not interested in providing effective or competent customer service. Sales personnel are not up-to-date on the market and make contradictory statements which are clearly designed to benefit the dealership. I would definitely reconsider doing business with a place which is clearly not interested in customer service or equity.

Kalvin in the Indian sales did an excellent job in keeping my updated while waiting on my FTR1200. He and the finance manager made the purchase process as painless as possible. Love my new ride.

He was assisted by Alex who was able to find him the part and gave him a few pro tips on how to install it so that it works for his bike. We haven’t had the best luck finding a good motorcycle shop since moving to St. Pete, so Alex’s help was even more appreciated.
