My husband and I went to look at bikes. As beginners, we knew nothing! Great was so helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable. We sat on lots of motorcycles, while he gave us lot of information. We went to tons of other places and din't get service like we did here. I went back and purchased my first motorcycle. Justin did my loan and was super nice, explained everything in detail and the process was stress free. Alex in parts and Chris manager were great as well!

I bought my bike from them today and the service was great Greg and Justin helped me out they were awesome I recommend 5 stars. They help u look for what u really want they tell u the truth for everything they were great.

Drove over 2 hours for a unit and could not believe how great the customer service was. From the moment I called to inquire about the unit greg went above and beyond. Greg stayed in constant contact with me through the entire process once I arrived my unit was ready and waiting. Justin in finance made the rest of the process simple and painless. Just pick up a new bike from here today. Greg Heintz is the most professional and helpful sales Professional I have ever worked with. That man will give you the shirt off his back, he had multiple bikes ready for me to take a look at and didn’t try to pressure me into anything out of my price range or ride ability.

Needed two new tires installed. Avon Cobra Chromes on a ‘06 Yamaha Roadliner.
They purchased them for me and the date codes were 12/20 on the tires and not old tires that have been sitting around etc.
They did a great job but I noticed my exhaust was scratched across from the right of the axle nut. No big deal but would have been nice not to have it. Guess things happen sometimes but no worries. All in all the transactions were smooth and they had me in/out on schedule.
Would do business with them again.

Great experience coming all the way from kissimmee too get a 2016 gsxr 1000. Greg heintz made my first time experience there feel like home and the service department made sure my bike didn't leave out of there without a full detailed service. Large selection of used bikes but totally unwilling to negotiate. He was polite and professional but wouldn't come down 50 bucks even though the bike was 2100 dollars above NADA and KBB. We ended up going to dealer in Tampa for a similar bike. Very happy with our purchase.

Where to begin!? Hands-down, the best buying experience I have EVER had in 46 years of buying trucks, cars, aircraft and motorcycles.
I have actually spent longer trying to find shoes and jeans than my entire purchase time at Imotorsports St. Pete.

Greg and Justin had all of my documents prepared and the motorcycle ready to go and the longest part of the entire transaction was loading the bike… And they did that as well!
Even though they offered to deliver the motorcycle for free, legitimately free no catches, I still chose to drive to the dealership. I drove greater than two hours passing six other dealerships to purchase my 2021 KX 450 X from this dealership.

This is how business should be conducted, this is how business in 2021 is done. No games, best price and quick service. Maybe these dudes should run for Congress! Great Job!

My husband and I were recently vacationing in St. Petersburg and stopped in Imotorsports to check out some bikes. We want to thank Greg and Justin for working with our vacation schedule and all the extra out of state paperwork to purchase not one bike but two! We appreciated the extra time spent with us and it was a pleasure meeting everyone at the shop.

Such a pleasant experience with the purchase of a motorcycle from iMotorsports in St. Pete. They are highly recommended. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY BAD

I purchased a 20k tricycle and I would like to comment the experience I had at the store imotorsport st pete. I bought a Cam am 2019 tricycle on 03/27/2021. Before I buy it was so good everything, with the promise of free delivery as well cuz I live in Orlando which is about 2: 30hours away. And today 04/09/21 I still doesn’t have my tricycle cuz they told me after I bought it was a recall on it and for my safety they’re will have to take care of it which if fine, but is been more than 2 weeks and I still doesn’t have my tricycle with me. Today 04/09/21 they called me saying that I have to pick it up at the central florida store because they don't have delivery to my house? That’s crazy u get a 20k motorcycle and 2 weeks after they told they can’t delivery cuz of this cuz of that, salesmen told me he can’t do nothing, but before the sale everything was possible now everything is hard. Shameful service, people with no commitment to the customer. 15 days and I'm without my tricycle! I do not recommend anyone to buy anything search a little more before u get something from them.

I purchased a used Harley Electra Glide Standard from iMotorsports in St. Pete. My sales person Melissa Romanaux was helpful and very professional. She responded quickly to my questions via text and made the buying process easy. The finance guy was also very well versed in his job. He was well prepared. We went through the documents quickly and thoroughly. He explained everything as we went and answered all my questions. The bike was delivered to my home within four days. This was overall a great buying experience. I would buy from iMotorsports in St. Pete again.
