I am giving this place 1 star because I cannot give them a negative star. Don’t go! Horrible service and staff!

Wellington office way over books their appointments.been going here for 10 years and the past 3 years have been awful. The first 7 were great but now I wait no less than one hour and up to 2 hours after my scheduled appointment before I am called in. I booked an appointment for an MRI of my knee and upon arrival they had me booked for a mammo, Really? They don't even sound alike.of course they said they would squeeze me in and instead of telling me to come back in 2 hours they kept telling me a few minutes more. 2 hours sitting in pain, I could have been at home with my knee iced but no they made me wait 2 hours for their mistake.awful experience on my last 3 visits.three strikes and your out.gave them the benefit the first time, tried them again, and nope. This third time I am there for preop and had no choice (it was the soonest appointment before surgery anywhere I called) in the waiting room they allowed more than the social distancing chairs in the room so people were standing such as myself, when I asked how long the lady was rude and said a moment more and I said I have heard that before and I ended up waiting another 45 minutes (so never ask how long, I swear they push you back if you do ask just to piss u off) I will never ever go here again!

Terrible customer service, no call when Dr.sent RX for imaging. Over a week later called in to be left on hold for 40 minutes and then work with an extremely rude agent. I’ve had all my imaging needs for the last 10+ years for myself and my family done at the Wellington location. Will be finding somewhere new going forward.

While the professionals appear to be competent, the assistants are not. My scheduled appointment was never recorded and after taking my driver's license for the failed appointment they never returned it. I left without it and never missed it until I needed it a week later. After searching everywhere for it I contacted them and they had it. Although I had no calls or messages from them they claimed they called me. Totally incompetent and reckless, and the check-in lady was rude, indignant and unprofessional-strong and wrong! Do better! Thank goodness the manager was professional when I spoke with her.

Horrible customer service! Called for 3 days to get an appointment. You NEVER get a person on the phone. Recording said 2 minute wait time. I was on hold 40 minutes then hung up. Did this for 3 days! Left 5 messages on phone and online. No one ever called me back! I will be using Mid Town Imaging from now on.

This place is guilty of fraud. What a scam. I paid cash for an agreed upon price for a pre surgery mammogram and now they are attempting to collect more money and can NOT be reached by phone. Do not go here!

They make you wait outside of building in the heat. Temperature in the 90"s.onnly one person to help. They don't care if you have a stroke waiting. They need to addadditional to lhelp people who are waiting outside.

Had 2 hav both hands, wrists, & knees, X-rayed O problems very good thxs! & Great service.

Frank checked me in and he was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly to all that came in and had patience with everyone.

Great customer service on scheduling my appt no problem! I don't know about all the rude comments on here below But they hav surely took care of the wkers that were not good in their business. So far No negative energy rt now Will write after my appt too! Thxs

I've been going to Independent Imaging for years, and their service is OUTSTANDING! As far as I know, they are not affiliated with any hospitals, so their fees are considerably less than other facilities I've used in the past. The staff is friendly and scheduling is usually never more than a week out. A+

I come here because they do pacemaker mris. I love the staff. They’re very friendly, helpful and kind. My only problem is the parking. It’s a little difficult to find a spot and when I do it’s got bad visibility, but it’s worth it for good timely service

After having an awful experience with Priority Imaging, going to my experience at Independent Imaging was the exact opposite. The staff was courteous and respectful. The tech who conducted the tests asked if I was comfortable and treated me as a human and not a lump of meat. I would certainly recommend anyone who needs imaging services to use this facility.

Process took 2-1/2 hrs + for 2 screenings. Report stated new screening compared to previous ones and recommended further testing. Area of concern was exact area of previous procedure and additional images at time of appt would have confirmed. Would have preferred results after testing to discuss, not wait for letter. Will not return to this office.

All I can say are positive things about this imaging center, they have cared for both myself and my husband. Everytime I go in there we are greeted by the front staff and taken back promptly. They may have made some staff changes since reading some of the older reviews so I wouldn’t go based on the older comments as I have been there recently and my experience was excellent!

I get an emergency MRI in my ear and are 5 days later and the results are not ready? These exams its not free in my case pay cash $ 400 for an emergency exam, my doctor looked at me and could not look at anything.too inefficient

Very nice staff, I don’t know his name but the bald guy in the front desk is so nice! Super fast, not a long wait. Do not understand why you guys are rated poorly. 5/5

Not sure what all the negative comments are about but my experience was a good one. The staff was friendly and I was in & out way faster than expected.

I have been coming here for pet/cat scans for several years. Today I had a cat scan. I was seen 15 minutes after my scheduled apt. Technician was very pleasant and efficient. Admin staff was also pleasant. Recommended for imaging services

An appointment was made for my grandad this morning at 9: 15! It's 10 am and he still hasn't even gotten his CT scan yet. They will get your copay immediately but have you here all day for something that takes 5 minuets. Wish they were as efficient as they were to collect money! We will definitely not be coming back to this location ever! My grandfather is 80 years old. No one should have these types of wait times with appointments.
