Horrible service.
The employees clearly have no interest in the well being of their patients

30 minutes before I decide to check with girl front desk what was happening. No attention to the client I hope high level of administrative office visit to verify customer service satisfaction.

Rude staff and the doctor at the women’s area told me when I went in to her office with my niece and my daughter that she feels unconfortable around children! And made a face like she was annoyed when my two year old started crying. I took my babies and left that place. Never going back there again! I don’t care if ur a doctor or the dam president, u don’t say that to people.

Very rude staff (Kendra) got the run around and hung up on when trying to make an appointment after waiting and waiting. She also had a bad attitude when she answered my call (as if I’m bothering her) isn’t that her job? When simply asking for an appointment.wow. Going somewhere else where my time is respected and not waisted. (Wellington location)

I had an MRI scheduled at 7: 00 am this morning, the machine I was on broke. They have 2 machines so I asked them to put me on the other machine but they wouldn't do it "because it's not fair to the patients scheduled for that machine". What am I? It's ok inconveniencing me but not someone else. This is the last time I will come here. I get all my exams done here. Well, they just lost a good paying source. Horrible, uncaring staff.

This facility is is one you don't want to come too. Very bad customer service and rude staff. Long wait times with no explanation and consideration. There are so many other options out there with people that actually care about you. My daughter took their MRI results to a DR who requested it and he said its the worst one he has ever seen. I myself have had appointments at this facility and will never return, don't go!

Wait time for an appointment. You’ll die of your malady first. BS factor high. Unqualified staff setting appointments.

This place is terrible. I’ve been here more than once and each time I’m very dissapointed. The staff working there are very lazy and rude, they have their own social conversation rather than helping people out. Also their X-ray machine has been done for almost a week and they did not show much interest to even fix it. I’ve been asking everyday if the machine is fixed because I need this X-ray but everytime they say tomorrow it will be fixed. Also when you do get your X-ray the results come back after such a long time. They do not take their jobs seriously or care at all, do yourself a favor and never come here.
