My name is James Huggins Jr.and we've been with Waypoint Homes for 3-4 years now and we love their professional staff in Orlando Fl. They have been there for me and family from day one when we moved into one of their homes. The Huggins Family wants to give a BIG THANKS to Jennifer Carrasco for being so patient with us in our worst times when you truly needed that helping hand. Waypoint Homes offers great service, courtesy, respect, and class to there tenants. Thank you Waypoint Homes for being my LANDLORD.

Probably the worst place to rent from. They have no problem charging fees for things not even your fault. Forget getting your deposit back because they will keep it. I had to go into the office to talk to someone because you will not get a direct line nor will they get back to you in any timely manner. It took a week of calling and then me having to go into the office to then be mistreated by Angela Fleming who basically told me there is nothing they can do. She is inconsiderate and obviously has never had a customer service job in her life. I would run away if you're thinking of renting from here

Do not rent from here. Customer service, the company, property administrators are all useless and disrespectful. They never answer and when you move out they try to charge you for stuff you have proof they were wrong. I have proof all of the receipts of the work they requested and still bill me. Then we are force to drive 1 hour because they have a do not answer phone policy. I walked in while I was calling them and the girl quickly ignored it while she was texting on her phone.

I have emails from their staff about the horrible paint job when we moved in and they tried to bill us for it. Victoria gave my wife a receipt for proof of returning the keys and garage remote and they billed us for that. We have an email from Victoria about our moving out cost and they billed us double our rent.

Your only hope is that invitation homes are better organized because waypoint homes are pathetic. I was force to takes days off work to get this handle because like I said before they never answer.wait I forgot.we schedule a move out consultation. They were suppose to call between 9-11am but guess what? They did it by themselves at 8: 45.find another company people!

hello owner who responded to my complain. It was a record time for your company. Yes she gave it to me but we are force to write a letter explain what you did wrong and pay for the shipping. Are we in middle school? Having to write a forgiveness letter? You should be able to do it from your local office! We visited the office yesterday and they stated they can not do anything. We have to write a letter and then corporate reviews it and then sends it back to the local office for review? Your staff even admitted they were wrong. WASTE OF TIME! I asked for a corporate number and they said they do not have one and when it was requested via email it was completely ignored!

Rent constantly went up each year 100+ when I moved out they charged me for things that wasn’t there from love in. So take pics if you rent from day 1 and time stamp them! Windows that don’t have blinds.smoke detectors EVERYTHING. Management is garbage and don’t care and finally the guy who they contracted to clean the home when I️ was moving out broke into my car and stole speakers and other things. This company is a JOKE

The management is lying to you, promising to fix problems and nothing happens! Even dangerous conditions they do not fix and nobody ever calls you back or takes responsibility!

I have been trying to contact someone regarding my lease for the last two months. No one returns your calls and no one answers when you call the office. I’m giving it one more week before I get an attorney involved. Absolutely unacceptable.

Whoever is driving a van with the license plate "CIB084" needs to either be suspended or terminated immediately! Whoever was in that van tonight Nov. 17th 2017 driving like an idiot almost hitting me and other cars from Alafaya trl down Curry Ford Rd all the way to Goldenrod Rd. Tried calling and all I got was a rude representative!

Jannie Fontes provided the best experience i have ever had from any rental company! I came to her with what seemed like an unresolvable issue and no time to spare. Thanks to Jannie I was able to resolve my issue in less than 30 minutes despite being on the phone all day with nothing to show for it! Thanks to Jannie I will definitely recommend Waypoint Homes to family and friends!

It's sad I can't give waypoint a zero star rating. First, they never came for maintenance. I moved in and the ceiling was leaking - which caused water to enter a bedroom, the living room, and a hallway. It took letters from my lawyer to get them to come out to repair. I was burglarized four times and they wanted me to pay for the damage the burglars caused! When I wanted out of the lease they wanted an ton of money- good thing my lawyer is good. Shame on you waypoint. Total scum.

I want to rent a home that I saw on your listing but, After reading all your reviews on your web-site, all you can say to these poor renters with their problems is, we are sorry you are experiencing these problems. Then you say please e-mail us your best contact information so we can contact you back! Waypoint Homes has everyone's contact info at their disposal.
Now I don't know if I want to do business with you guys?

I think that their may be one girl managing everything so calls don't get returned, issues don't get resolved and its almost impossible to get someone on the phone from the local office. Im paying premium price for my area and didnt mind at first but now it's kinda like having a boyfriend who was sweet in the beginning and showed their true colors after a few months. Bummer, and they add on a bunch of fees to your monthly rent?
