It has good seafood at a good price. Where else can you buy 20 shrimp and 2 fillets and fries and hush puppies for $12?
I stopped here to get fish to prepare at home. Once I made my selection, they filleted it and it dawned on me to ask if it was fresh then I was told that it was fresh frozen.
The garlic crabs here are like no other. I drive across town to get these and their potatoes, eggs, sausage and shrimps tray are to die for.
First time there. From Tennessee. Ordered the swai, shrimp and oysters. Wow! Seasoned just right. Prices were very reasonable. Very clean. Wish they had veges to go with meal other than french fries and cole slaw. Service was outstanding! They were out of their way helpful with questions. Will be returning and recommending to others. In fact, Will be going back tomorrow before I leave to go home to bring some fresh seafood with me.
Medium quality fresh fish, definitely great people, clean space, offered a bit of everything (classic fish species).
We got a garlic crab tray. Plenty of crab. But it was well overcooked. Other folks in the store raved about the place, so maybe our meal was an outlier.
First time here. Great place to eat! They serve fresh seafood (that you can purchase and prep at home), fried foods and cooked seafood also. Pricing is great and so are the numerous selections! Just be sure to clean the crab really well before just throwing them in a pot/pan! Oh & the fried calamari was tasty; although, beware.it's strips, not rings!
Jackie's seafood market is by far the cleanest market I've ever walked into. The display of seafood as well as the prepared dishes they offer were mouth watering. The staff was friendly and ready to help as customers walked in the door. The garlic and spicy conch are a favorite of mine and I had to take some home with me.
