Leased a top of the line Wrangler from them in 2017, it was my first lease as I don’t drive very much. The sales team assured me they would assist with a trade or lease buyout whenever I was ready.

Fast forward to 2020 and all of a sudden they couldn’t help me when I tried to buy out my lease with my own financing. These guys were so dishonest they told me in order to allow me to buy out my lease they had to certify the vehicle (my vehicle) AND I had to purchase a 200,000 mile Bumper to Bumper warranty from them. Two hundred thousand miles! Then, even though I had my own approved financing they insisted on running my credit just to make sure I didn’t have any red flags for fraud, never even heard of that.

Ever wonder why car salesmen have a bad reputation, wonder no more ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Jacksonville Jeep Dodge.

March 25,2021, I went in to see a specific vehicle that I received an email about at 10: 25am. I made arrangements with Megan to drop in between 3-6pm. After arriving around 4: 15pm, Lawrence was instructed to assist me. He took down the info on the requested vehicle from my cell phone, as well as other info concerning trade and financing. When we went out side He totally ignored my request and began showing me 2 vehicles totally beyond my budget and request.

When asked about the vehicle I requested to see He stated that "oh I don't know it's probably sold or something ", then continued to waste my time with the "I can get them to give you a good deal on these vehicle" shenanigans. This is totally unacceptable in 2021!

After stating my concerns with Megan via text messages March 26,2021.she responded.

" I do apologize Kelvin. However not all vehicles online are always available in inventory. We received a notification you were looking to stop by for a test drive and was not provided any vehicle information. Had we known there was a specific model we would have been able to communicate that with you more clearly"

Excuse me! The first thing I gave him was the specific vehicle I came to look at and he retrieved the stock number and info from my phone. At that point He should have looked it up and informed me that vehicle was no longer available and then suggested we look at other vehicles and not try to manipulate me. As a matter of fact the same vehicle is still showing available in your inventory!

Yes I'm certainly sorry about that, he also may not have been aware it was sold at that time. I'm not sure what happened exactly. So I do apologize if you feel he was trying to be manipulative. I can assure you that's the last thing we want any of the customers to feel

This is 2021! This is not the way to treat customers!

Greatest experience I’ve had with any dealership! Came in during the week looked at a couple of cars and prices couple days went by and my sales man Anthony checked on me to make sure I was still coming back. Which I liked very much. Very busy when we can in that’s when the wonderful jaklin assisted us. FASTEST car signing process I have ever gone through she and Reggie hit every detail and made sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Honestly BEST car buying experience ever with these three people. They are beyond AMAZING!

Don’t ever buy a car from this dealership-ever. I was told that the price of the vehicle was more than what the sticker was on the vehicle. I had to show the sales manager twice. When we could not agree on price I left the dealership on Friday. On Sunday the manger and I agreed to a price and I was going to pick up the car on Monday morning. Tank would be filled and Jeep cleaned I was promised. Then I get a text Monday morning as I was ready to leave saying they sold the vehicle on Sunday AFTER we had an agreement on price and they agreed I could pick up the vehicle on Monday. Sleazy people in my opinion and certainly not trustworthy. Find another dealership.

If you must go JEEP.just avoid this dealer and especially service department! I'm on my THIRD Grand Cherokee leased from this dealership. And most definitely the last! The dealership's management is the worst I've ever experienced! And the service department? Absolutely inexcusable the manner in which they treat customers.especially when involving warranty work or when forced to actually investigate an issue.

If an option, I'd really recommend visiting another Jeep service department based upon my experiences. 2013 Jeep GC Limited. ONE rear suspension noise, EIGHT days into my THIRD visit (13 shop days total) and this "service department" is hoping that the new parts arriving in yet 3 MORE days will remedy the problem. Per staff, most delays and inconveniences are related to a lack of technical guidance/replies from Chrysler "STAR" tech team. At this point, I truly think it has more to do this particular service department's culture and lack of knowledge/initiative more than anything else. Positive experiences are few after almost 2 years of ownership.sad too because I really love my vehicle. Of course, Chrysler parts availability is yet a whole other topic!

I am going to try to be very objective in this review as this is the WORST experience buying a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED JEEP. This is also the condensed version of the saga because I even had issues with the finance department. For this review I am concentrating on the mechanical troubles. I had my hesitations on financing a 2016 Jeep with over 40,000 miles. I should have walked away and done more research. I only visited this dealership because the Mazda dealership was closed.
After being reassured of the certified preowned stamp of approval, plus warranty etc, I continued to sign paperwork. Thirty minutes after leaving the dealership we realized the car was vibrating over 60miles an hour. The car was turned in the week before Thanksgiving for the repairs. My son was very specific in detailing to the lady in the service department who wrote the ticket what the problems were (the mounts) and even mentioned that a master technician needed to address the issues. After 6days of the car in their possession and very little communication, the car was returned just in time to drive out of town for Thanksgiving. Needless to say the car was vibrating from the minute we started the highway.
The car was returned to the dealership the day after Thanksgiving and a service advisor went on a test drive with my son and he replicated all the problems with the vehicle. The finger pointing between departments then begun. I will leave off names because I do not want to jeopardize someone's job. We were then advised that the person who went on the test drive was not the one fixing the vehicle and after 6days of having the car AGAIN, my son had to come back to test drive with a technician who was rude and belittled the situation. They apparently just did a tire balance and called it a day with the promise of rectifying the issue because it was intermittent. I even called and updated them that the issue had returned and was assured that management would be notified. I received no follow up call or email.
For the Christmas holidays I drove the vehicle out of town and sure enough the issue was persistent. The vehicle is currently back at the dealership for the 3rd time and the technician who went on the test drive immediately identified the problem and repairs are finally proceeding.
I delved into the vehicle history with the VIN# and saw alignments done at least twice by the previous owner. Apparently the shaking was never properly diagnosed in the past and had they just LISTENED to us the first time this review would be different. It should not take so many visits and loss of time from work to finally get repairs done. On a final note, when I was called to approve the repairs I was told the deductible was being waived. HUH!
This car never went through any rigorous or detailed inspection before being labeled as Certified Preowned. I was also told by the salesman that anything wrong in the first 3,000 miles was fully covered.
I am not bitter. I only want to be made whole and Jeep stand by their brand!

I bought a jeep there 5 years ago now that my payments are coming to a close they will not stop calling me. I have begged, I have pleaded, and i have threatened violence. If you purchase a vehicle there then you will need to change your phone number. Scam companies over seas have more compassion than this group.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Donovan is a great, low pressure salesman, and Dirk was a very laid back financing manager. They got us the truck we wanted, and very competitive financing through our own bank! We will be back!

This place still uses the bait and switch scam! I called them on a Saturday evening regarding a truck that their website and their sales person I spoke to said was in stock. I made an appointment the following day (Sunday) and when I get there they told me it was not in their lot, then10 minutes later, they tell me it was sold the night before! Waist of time!

I have never been more satisfied when purchasing a car. Dave Coleman and Aliyah were amazing and patient. They got me in the car that I wanted with the features I wanted. They were kind thoughtful caring and did everything they could to make me a happy customer. I will send my friends, my friend’s friends, and any other referral I can for Dave and Aliyah to get more business. Next time I want a new car I will definitely be heading back to them. Their customer service was impeccable and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Found my Ram on their website. Very pleased with my service. Alan took care of me, made it very simple with my trade in. Worked the numbers and was out in 3 hrs from the time I walked in.

If I could give less than one star I would. I never post reviews or do surveys but I feel this is needed. Purchased a van here couple years ago and purchased the "extended warranty" because I have a family and their safety is my concern.

Within the first year the transmission had problems, but because it was under manufacturers warranty it was taken care of. Fast forward another year, the transmission is having problems again, leaving my family stranded where they were at. This dealership was dragging their feet as wanting to help us, so I had to reach out to corporate even though we were still under the manufacturer warranty. Finally they did.

Now fast forward 9 months later and guess what the transmission is having problems again and guess what this dealership doesn't want to corporate. Now the van is at 106k miles (I get it not under manufacturers warranty) so they are telling me I have to completely pay out of pocket. (I have also owned vehicles from other companies that still honored their work and took care of the customer even after the manufacturer warranty had expired, in reality we are only 6k out of warranty and they have already worked on this transmission and not fixed it)

But I have an extended warranty that we paid for that we were told by this dealership that our van would be covered until 164k miles. Well we were lied to and I was told that warranty was only covered to 100k miles. Why would I pay for an extended warranty for something that would only provide the same coverage as the manufacturer warranty? Doesn't make much sense.

So we paid 2400 dollars for a warranty that we could never use because the manufacturer warranty would replace anything on the van which is covered by Dodge. Meaning this dealership scammed us out of our money because they would always be repaid by Dodge itself and will not honor their own work. We have reported this dealership to the Better Business Bureau and we will continue to fight this

I do not recommend this dealership, stay far away from them and Dodge. Even corporate is a joke at this point. If I could safe one person from spending their money here with this review then it was worth it.

I bought a Honda pilot last week and I felt my experience is not so great. They sold me a vehicle with some issues and I have to go to fix it on weekdays, which is difficult for me. Sales people has less knowledge and about the warranty I had confusion. I was answered by email and I will give a try. Fingers crossed!

People here are the perfect example as to why car dealers have bad names. Made an offer for my trade and their vehicle. Kyle and Megan both said the offer sounded reasonable. Drove more than 45 mins there just to have them tell me they couldn’t do it. And the Megan actually said that neither she nor Kyle were in the business of pricing.so why were they talking to me. Do yourself and favor and buy from a dealer you can trust. It won’t be these guys.

I brought my 16 hellcat in for a simple recall. I arrived at my appointment time and was done in an hour. Rianna is awesome! Very nice cafe and coffee. Comfortable waiting. Best dealer service experience ever.

Service is dismal, bought a hybrid Pacifica and the service manager or their so called expert acted like he has never seen one before. Failed to include accessories such as wireless headphone for the monitors. Just sloppy and unorganized. Not going back

First time here. Service advisor James was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told him that I had another appointment after I left there and he made sure I got out of there in enough time to get to my next appointment. It was a very pleasant atmosphere there! The sausage croissant in the cafe was good also! I bought my truck in SC, but I will surely return to this dealership for needed services!
