Jacksonville Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram

I contacted the dealership and spoke to a nice salesman about a 2018 Ram at the beginning of 2018. We decided to wait on 2019 sales. Months later, an aggressive salesman named Andrew called. Since I was a finance manager for over a decade, my husband had 35+ years car experience including owning a Ford dealership; we understand calling old leads. I told him what I wanted and what amount I would accept for my 2 trades that I owed 0 on. He said we were too far apart, and sent rude texts to my husband. I found the deal I expected at another dealership. The day before we went, Jax called me and asked me the specifics of my deal and if they could match it. I said No, you had your chance. After getting home with our new Ram, Andrew called. It was a 16 second call. He asked if I got my deal, I said Yes and he hung up. I texted him a picture of the Ram, told him my deal. He CALLED ME A LIAR AND DEMANDED I SHOW HIM MY BUYERS ORDER. Well. I did. Andrew needs training. This is unacceptable and this behavior would get someone a pink slip in my husband's dealership. He would also go to court and refuse his request for unemployment! Do NOT buy here. Better service and choices elsewhere.

Purchased used Ram 1500. It’s a great place to purchase a vehicle. The salesman Andrew Dove was very knowledgeable and very upfront and direct with his answers to my questions, he didn’t hide anything, I respect that. The center itself was very pleasant and had a nice cafe. The finance department was great as well, I was asked if I would like to purchase extra things but not pushed into it. Overall great experience, I would recommend anyway to go speak with Andrew Dove for auto purchase. Thanks a lot Andrew you were a pleasure to work with!

Andrew Dove Jr is an excellent salesman! He was patient in hearing out my needs and wants. He got to know me and chose the perfect Jeep for me (after days of walking the lot) Color, style everything I could ask for within budget. Everyone says my new Jeep suits me perfectly) He did not pressure me into making a purchase and I drove off the lot feeling great about my decision! I am extremely satisfied with his service! I would recommend him to anyone in search of their next vehicle.
