Messy location. Clothes off hangers and the fitting rooms look like bathroom stalls. Their prices are always a steal and they have sephora at this location.

I love shopping at JC Penney as they have more of what I like. They employees are so helpful and friendly. I can almost always find the right clothing for whatever occasion I need them for.

JCPENNEY seems to have pulled itself from the place that Sears is now in. The stores carry good products and a good variety. The staff are very friendly and offer help. The only complaint I have is the isles are too small. The store is packed with product. This makes it difficult to navigate the store.
