My car was picked up for a recall and I had the oil changed too. Pick up was on time. Mike was courteous and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience and this was my third car with this dealership. Glad for the pickup service since I am a senior and a widow now.

I was very impressed with Bambi Technisent, I came for regular maintenance and tire rotation. The inspection of my vehicle was done very professional and with care!
Thank you and I wish Bambi will work on my vehicle next time.

I am ver disappointed and frustrated with the service department, particularly Jarrell and the service manager Tom. First of all they are very difficult to get in touch with. My car is presently at the dealership and I have left multiple messages for both of them yesterday afternoon and this morning and no one has returned my call. My sister has been servicing her car here since 2013 so has brought consistent business. She gifted the car to me and let me know that she had bought the platinum warranty contract that transfers to me. I brought the car in a few weeks ago for an oil change. Tiffany was very kind and helpful and told me too the platinum warranty transferred to me. I was not told I had to submit transfer paperwork. So I brought the car in on Tuesday with a check engine light on and the engine running rough. I told Jarrell that we had the warranty contract and he told me that he has never heard of a warranty transferring to another person. So I had to do my own research online to learn about the warranty. I had to call Jarrell back and ask for the number to the warranty company. It was like pulling teeth to get any info. He said he talked to his manager Tom and Tom told him that the warranty does not transfer. I called Hyundai protection plan and that is totally not true. The warranty can transfer with transfer paperwork and a fee of $40 if approved. When I talked with Tom he protected Jarrell and gave me no help. He also suggested that Tiffany would never tell me the warranty automatically transfers but my husband and I both heard her say it. (nothing bad towards Tiffany, she was great) He also told me he can’t submit the claim since they did the work already and that Jarrell gave me the opportunity to tell them to hold off on doing the work while I do more research and that now the work is done and he cannot submit the claim. That it would jeopardize the dealership. The only thing Jerry told me was that the warranty doesn’t transfer which was totally not true I had no idea they couldn’t do the work and that would cause problems with the warranty. That was very unclear and misleading on Jarrells and Tom‘s part. And after talking to the Hyundai protection plan company they verified that information was incorrect. They can honor the warranty with just my sister calling in and adding me as an authorized person under the contract during the transfer process. I told Tom that we bring the car to the dealership because we trust the dealership that they would have information to help take care of the customer. I feel like Tom and Jarrell have left me hanging in the dark and I’ve had to do all my own research for something that is knowledge they had but did not help me figure out. The Hyundai protection plan team on the hand was very helpful and is working with me on authorizing the warranty during this transfer. But the service department at the dealership is not offering me any help. I am still sitting here waiting for a phone call and it’s been two hours. It wasted my entire day yesterday it looks like it’s going to waste the day today. This is such a poor way to do business. As a customer I have lost trust in what anyone at the service department tells me. I’ve learned I have to figure it out on my own. If I had taken their answer and did not fight this then I would of lost being able to use the warranty to cover the costs of the repairs.

I have been purchasing cars for over 45 years and this is the best car buying experience I have aver had. Maui Cummings was our sales person and was exceptional. Her honesty was very refreshing and she really took the stress out of the buying experience. It usually takes me most of the day to negotiate a deal, we were done in 30 minutes. Everyone in the dealership was very professional and they definitely under promised and over delivered. Maui gave us extras such as upgraded floor matts and a cargo net. I will always purchased my vehicles from Leesburg Hyundai and especially from Maui. Thank you for the great experience.

Simple oil change with a smooth operation of updating software and added a cabin air filter. All work was seamless and fast. Melanie Finn helped and took great care of our service. This is our 7th Hyundai and always satisfied.

Well. I went in to test drive a new 2021 GV80, a nice car with a somewhat complicated infotainment system.and ended up buying it. I needed a trail hitch to be included. I suggested several times that I would give a 5k deposit and once the hitch is installed, we could swap the trade in vehicle and.the sales associate Gabriel Escobar just could not make that happen. I spent 4 hours in the dealership: (. And drove off with a loaner.and I will have to come back in 2 days.overall it was a complicated transaction.hope the new GV80 will make up for that experience. 2 days later: I picked up the new Genesis GV80 2021 with trailer hitch BUT NO ELECTRICAL ATTACHMENT. REALLY! (I was told by Gabriel that they don't make the electrical attachment yet. REALLY. I found it online). Furthermore the misinformation and lack of education about the operation of this vehicle by Jenkins Automotive was astounding.they are selling a 'luxury' vehicles without the proper education to customers in a crowded showroom, where a majority of their staff wears a mask on their chin, below their nose or not at all. I shared my concerns yesterday on the phone with the GM Mr. S. T.

In 55 years, I have been to more dealership service departments than I care to count. Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg, is the best, most efficient, technically savvy, and friendly department I have ever dealt with.hands down, no comparison.

I recently looked at a 2017 Genesis g90 at this dealership. Jason was my sales representative and he could not have been more helpful. This dealership was very professional and they treated me with the utmost respect. Although I did not purchase the car because we could not come to an agreement on price, I was very impressed with their ethical behavior and professionalism. I would suggest this dealer to others in the market for a new or used automobile.

I had the good fortune of two squirrels making their nest inside my engine. They ate away wiring that disabled my AC, along with some other light controls. $500 later I had my car back, but after one day it wouldn't start. Turns out the battery decided to die, but fortunately was under warranty. Allen Byrd was my service representative who got me back on the road again.

Once I arrived I was checked in quickly. I had a recall notice and told the tech about a couple other issues that I had. I was waiting for my vehicle and everything was taken care of in a very timely matter. I was very pleased with this visit.

10 hard inquiries to my husband's (and my) credit and no $50 gift card (promised) after a week. STAY AWAY. Save your Credit! My credit dropped 30 points because we went here. How do you buy a Hyundai for $17k and 2 years later, the car is only worth $10k with less then 30k miles? Brand is garbage! Nice car but doesn't hold value!

Excellent! Love the new app to communicate with the service dept.since I was at work & unable to answer my phone. My service tech Allen was awesome about continual updates on the status of my car’s repair. He also made sure to check with my warranty to ensure my repair was covered, as I had thought it would be. With such exceptional service, we are seriously considering purchasing a second Hyundai since we are so pleased with this experience!
