Melanie Finn in the service department was extremely honest and helpful. She gave me my options related to the service of my vehicle, and was friendly and communicative throughout the entire service process. I recommend her as a service advisor.

Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I came in without an appointment for an oil change and got immediate service. In addition to immediate service I was given an on line discount found from the gentleman that checked me in. I love the fact that I can sit watch TV have a cup of Cappuccino and free WiFi while waiting for my car!

Don't buy a hybrid Sonata. Has issues with cruise control not holding set speed causing car to surge forward over speed limit and passenger side air conditioning blowing over 100 degrees heat. Factory Tech said both are normal? No problem found?

Tom the service manager is no help and does NOT listen to customers. He is in the business of ripping customers off by trying to charge them for things they do not need and already have had repaired. My wife brought her car in for engine fan to be checked and all Tom had to say is that it was the a/c compressor and it would be another 120.00 to check out the fan which was NEVER looked at. If you want to save yourself a lot of time and money DO NOT us Jenkins service center.

Raymond morales was sensational. I would not hesitate to buy another car from him, However your so called manager GENE is more of a detriment to the dealership. Raymond (biggie) was extremely helpful, it is also a pleasure to deal with someone who knows their product, and he knows Hyundai backwards and forward.

First visit here for service since moving from out of state. I came in for an oil & filter change plus one other service. Service adviser Melanie Finn took the time to sit down with me & go over what I required. When my car was ready, imagine my surprise when she said the other service wasn't needed. I do understand that most service departments make money by up selling everything. The bad thing about this practice is it makes your car appear more expensive to maintain than it actually is, which could have an adverse effect on future sales. While I was waiting I wandered around the lot & a gentleman (Josh) came out to see If I needed any help. Explaining that I was only in for service usually sends sales staff running back inside but Josh stayed & spoke with me for quite a while. When we are ready for a new car, this is where I'm coming. Good job Jenkins & as a famous actor once "I'll be back".

Charged me 120$ to put my car on a lift blame need for everything and bring it back down again so warranty wouldn't cover it and they wouldn't have to do anything

My wife purchased a car from Jenkins. Lots of extra fees, poor service. 2 1/2 hour wait for an oil change and car wash. Oil change was not free. Stay away from this dealer, too many lies.

Worst sales department in Florida
Do not go here unless you like to be lied to and misled every step of the way. Jenkins is now synonymous with LIARS. Jeff Johnson is NOT to be trusted. He will do anything to make his sales quota (as per his own words) but it probably will NOT be in your favor.
