I was seen, had my oil changed and my air filters replaced, and was back on the road within an hour. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic.

I went for an oil change and got incredible services at a great price. Travis and the Team at the Boca Raton Jiffylube did a great job. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Very knowledgeable on your vehicle. They told you what other inspections should be done coming up in the near future and even vacuumed out your car. Amazing customer service.

Came here for the first time and was taken care of immediately and was very impressed with the way the service was completed in such a quick fashion. The manager periodically advised me of the process and also gave me some recommendations for servicing of which I will return. I was in and out in 30 minutes and Everything was taken care of very professionally my car was clean and nice added touch with the red carpet treatment! I will return.

I could not believe how friendly and courteous the team was at this Jiffy Lube. It is great to see that there are companies that truly care about customer service. They met me at my car when I pulled up, told me how long it would take and discussed my options. I had a problem with my car after using a different Jiffy Lube and when I called to resolve the problem I called this one on accident. I was pretty upset, but the person taking my call was very calming. Then the manager called me back to resolve my problem, which is when we discovered I called the wrong Jiffy Lube. However, Eric, who deserves manager of the year, continued to help me with my problem, knowing that I wasn't his stores actual customer. He came to my home and resolved the problem! Yep.came to my home, looked and worked on my car and resolved the problem. He contacted the manager of the store where I was a customer the day before and let him know what was going on. I don't know the other managers name, but I am thankful that he too recognized the problem and resolved it professionally. I am extremely thankful for the professionalism, consideration and dedication Erik has when representing Jiffy Lube. He, along with the support of the manager from the other store, resolved the issue.

After my oil change, my car would leak oil because they didn't screw on the cap all the way. I went to a family friend mechanic that told me they didn't even put synthetic oil which I paid a lot of money for! They put conventional oil which my car needs synthetic! I am sure they saw a girl they could make her pay extra and screw over. WORST PLACE. DO NOT GO HERE.

Friendly service and quick even when busy. Clearly shows the item they suggest replacing so you can make your own decision. Also has a mileage timeline so you can see which service is due or overdue. Pricing is as expected but you can easily get a groupon along with a discounted gift cards from a wholesaler.

Very professional and took care of me quick and efficient. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to any one who looking for the perfect place to get your oil changed or any other services they provide. The military discount was great also.

Today I went to Jiffy Lube in Boca Raton (441) to have the oil changed in my car. I was skeptical because I’ve been to other places in Boca and the experience was not good. But I was happily surprised to see how professional they were. Both Randy and the Manager Joneil were very professional, polite, and got the job done quickly. I liked it so much I am taking my second car there tomorrow for the same service. Thank you for doing a great job!

Service is good, but hold on to your wallet, they try to sell you too many unnecessary things with your oil change

I changed car oil and Ac filter everything where fine, but the air filter, they replaced the air filter and forgot to put the plastic cover back behind the glove compartment, when I got home I had to remove the screws my self putting back the plastic cover.

These guys go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for with their service. Friendly, knowledgeable and patiently wait on some customers that try their best to help themselves to a free ride (phony complaining believing that customer is always.conning others!)
