Absolutely horrible customer service skills and lack of communication! Please go somewhere else. This location pushes only for sales and don’t care about your SAFTY! Make sure they’re charging you correctly too, review every item before paying & make sure they did their job, inspect if they did it correctly. This place has been the WORST Jiffy Lube experienced.

Do not go to this location, they are a bunch of crooks. I brought my car in for an oil change and an air filter. I don’t know what kind of oil they used but the oil did not last not even six weeks. The air filter they did not put into my car. I guess somebody else wanted it and took it home. They could’ve blown out my engine. They refused to give me a refund on the $120 that they charge me for this nonsense. I guess it’s because I’m a woman they figure they can take advantage. There is video proof that they did not put in the air filter but there’s also video proof that they put in oil that probably is not the oil I paid for. There should be a criminal investigation on this place because I’m sure I’m not the only person that they’ve done this to

Great service, super fast, I think we got lucky, but didn't have to wait at all to get serviced, all the technicians were really kind

This was new Jiffy Lube location I had chosen for vehicle oil change.
Location was close in proximity to me which I was lucky enough to be the first customer of the day making it very convenient. Though, I forgot to inform them to clear oil change alert on dash board. I don't remember all steps to clearing the alert for oil change.

Took my car in for an oil change, left paying $200 which is totally fine because I got fully synthetic oil and new air filters. They got it done fast too. But they failed to secure the skid plate under my car, the screws were missing. I found a clip and temporarily rigged it and took it in the next morning only to have them tell me the clip looked fine. They didn’t want to fix their mistake or take ownership of it, so I left. Not sure what to do with my dragging skid plate now?

They were all very nice and professional. They gave off great energy and seemed to have taken pride in their work. They worked fast and efficiently. They always have great deals on their services. I’ve been using Jiffy Lube for a very long time and they never fail. They will always have a loyal customer here. ️

Amazing service! I NEEDED my oil changed on Christmas eve last minute, and they found a way to squeeze me in last minute and was out in 15mins! Great job!

Showed up to this location and within minutes many wonderful employees came to help. My service was prompt, they were all very helpful. I definitely recommend

Paid $25 for a groupon oil change only for them to turn around and upsell to my teenage daughter. She paid in total $118 for a synthetic oil change. $3 to top off antifreeze? $4 to dispose oil? $10 for an oil additive? The oil is supposed to "synthetic" why are you charging for an additive. With Jiffy Lube's reputation, did they even add the "additive"? They add little bs charges here and there. When did oil changes become so expensive?

I love being able to stay in my car and get my oil changed. It was very fast and everyone was very kind and professional. I’ve been there before and this time was one of the best visits I had for getting my oil changed. I highly recommend it nice professional auto technicians.

Checked my cabin air filter without asking me. This involves removing my glove box, making a mess, and getting grease everywhere. Wanted $50 to replace filter, drove across the street and got a filter for $20 and replaced it in under 2 minutes. Long wait times and more expensive than Walmart. Valvoline is the same price and faster.

WOW! They dented and scratched the paint off my door! I paid five dollars extra to have them vacuum, and they dented my door and scratch my paint off the door! Stay far away from this place! I contacted corporate over a week ago, and they said that the private owner would contact me. I have not yet heard from the private owner. I have emailed corporate back and I’m waiting to hear from them, it’s been two days. I’m not afraid to seek council.

This is the best Jiffy Lube I have been so far the staff was professional, efficient, I have no complaint. I receive a 5 stars service and i give it back!

They said that I need to change two kinds of oil. I went to my mechanic and he said wasn't necessary.
Not honesty.
$200.00 cost.

Quick, quality service. Came there for an oil change while they seemed pretty busy and was out in 30 mins. No shortage of good customer service.

All the gentlemen that were on duty were nothing short of Polite, very Informative, and not to mention the Quick and fast service

At the end of my service they even roll out the red carpet for me. I mean literally “rolled out a small red carpet”, for me to enter my car. How sweet definitely will come back again.
