Very courteous even at hot temperatures they were working under.
The oil change was fine. But I told them that it was overheating and asked them to check the levels in the radiator. He told me it would be three dollars if they had to put coolant in. I told him that was fine. When they were done they said everything was fine, no coolant and the reserve tank was okay. An hour after, the van was overheating again. I had to add three gallons of water till I brought it to my mechanic. This is something I feel they neglected to do. Not sure I'll be back.
They Provided Great Customer Service. They Took Their Time To Make Sure Everything In My Car Was Good And Up To Date. Will Definitely Be Returning For Service Again
They were fast, friendly, no hard sell to get other services, but gave advise, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 20min.

I had a great experience at this location. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I definitely think the service was a bit overpriced, but everyone who worked there was very kind. They recommend several additional services that probably aren't urgent, but they don't pressure you into saying yes to anything. Peterson was great, and made me feel like I was getting top notch service. They even rolled out the red carpet for me at the end - great group of guys!
