Jim's Buffet & Grill reviews
30Great southern food at reasonable prices. Wonderful service. No wonder they have been voted best restaurant in Jackson county four years in a row.
Great food, clean, comfortable and the waitresses are attentive and keep your drinks filled and empty plates are taken away quickly. The regular menu is nice too.
Everyone was very nice.
The food was good, but the constant propaganda from the Trump News Network AKA Faux News leaves a bit to be desired and makes for a hostile dining experience
Food was awesome, but when it was time to go one of the waitresses demanded I let my daughter finish eating. (My daughter is 4 and she mostly played with her food while everyone else ate)
This buffet caters to both meat eaters and vegetarians. I love veggies and they had a nice array of cooked veggies as well as a great salad bar. My hubby and daughter enjoyed fried chicken, salbury steak and fish. They also had 2 soups and ice cream soft serve. For those who would like a steak, they have some nice choices too. I would recommend this place.
I ate here on several occasions and while it isn't the worst place it clearly wasn't the best place I have eaten. The food was average but i really questioned the freshness. I have found it depends on what time you eat there for the quality to improve.
Horrible unfriendly overcharging judgemental place. Watched them be rude to a family just trying to celebrate a happy occasion. Lady actually told them they could not afford the place. As if she knew the reason they were there. Then said they were lying about kids age to get kids meal. Kid was disabled. I will never go back after seeing that hurt on their faces. The food was not worth the price anyway.
Great little place for good old down home country cooking. Really enjoyed the pork chop and the salad bar selections. The kids really enjoyed the soft serve ice cream in cones.
We haven't gone back after bad food for 3 years! This time Chicken was cold. Cook kept adding hot water to the already THIN mashed potatoes. Salad bar messy. Out of butter for dry hard bread. We made a pinky pack to never return.
