Expensive, tried to coerce me into signing a service contract, and tried to talk me into replacing a functioning item.

I am extremely disappointed with the last service visit. I was charged an insanely exorbitant amount ($1,275) for an hour of work and a couple hundred dollars in materials. I reached out to the service tech to get an explanation of the fees, who told me a manager would be calling me. I never heard back from anyone. The charge was outrageous and without explanation. I am also a platinum club member, so the fee could have been even more. I have never felt so ripped off by a vendor. I would never use or recommend your company, and will go out of my way to discredit you with friends and family. This is the first negative review I have ever written about a company. I consider myself pretty easy-going and understanding, but the charge and the subsequent lack of follow up has been a truly horrible experience with a company that has otherwise been very acceptable. I will retract this review if someone calls and at least explains the charges to me.

Update: 2 months later and several phone calls and still no follow up from management with the company. All I really want is an explanation of why I was charged over $1,000 for less than an hour of work. Very disspaointed. I would strongly recommend finding another company.

Loved the customer service, but job hiring process is ridiculous and even after you get a n email asking you to accept job it takes a month and no communication even when you are reaching out. Very unappropriate

Jupiter -Tequesta sent Matt B to address a plumbing issue in a timely manner. Matt was courteous, accommodating and extremely competent. He found the leak, he explained everything he was doing and completed the job in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond to accommodate me. His service was terrific. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and Matt's skill and professionalism.

Sorry to say I have to add an addendum. Jupiter-Tequesta had to reroute a plumbing line. Although the work was done in a timely manner, they never applied for a permit. Six months later I notified them, they promised to apply for one but never did. They also avoid my phone calls. I now have to take legal action. WATCH OUT. THEY ARE NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.

Sam called ahead before and arrived on schedule. He performed our service timely and professionally. Sam was super pleasant and detailed in his work.

James squeezed through a tiny opening like Houdini into my crawl space to fix my dehumidifiers.

Wendell was fantastic! Took care of our issue and was such a pleasure to work with. We will definitely recommend Jupiter-Tequesta to everyone.

Fantastic service! Chris did an awesome job, even though he had to follow up and correct a previous employees' poor work. In the end, the issues are fixed, and I could not be more impressed with this company's professionalism and trustworthiness. This is the ONLY company I'll ever use or recommend!

Phil was very professional and knowledgeable. He has serviced my water heater, changing the coils without much water loss or any flooding in the process. More importantly, he has provided me very informative advice about my service options, perhaps saving lots of unnecessarily spent money. Wherever he went inside the house, he was careful to wear shoe covers every time. His knowledge, professionalism and great attitude really set him apart.
