21ImI have seen Dr Lydia several times and each time it’s a disorganized mess, with her running late. I was a new patient in April and came with a full medication list, as I am a chronic health patient. I tried getting refills and was told I needed to have an appointment even though I had been in several times. The MA called to get my medication request and then told me I might need to speak with Dr Lydia after. She called me an hour and half late and when I asked if my appt was at 2 she was extremely rude and asked what I needed. She then told me she wouldn’t fill my medication because she never filled it before. She hasn’t filled hardly any meds bc I just moved here. I got so upset I handed my husband the phone and she started yelling at him. I’ve never experienced such horrible treatment from a dr ever. We will be finding a new PCP.
