UPDATE: Received a call from a customer service manager who was able to put the desk on a new ticket at the original price with the discount. Thank you for making this right. It is greatly appreciated.

I will start out by saying that up until the recent incident, I really enjoyed our experience with Kane's. In my opinion the furniture is great and the salespeople are thoughtful and caring. We purchased a dining table, chairs, desks, a bookcase and a sectional. All of our furniture arrived in good condition and we are happy with what we have received

Now for the issue.

I bought several pieces of furniture with cash on 8/8/20 from Kane's. Total of all furniture purchased was over $3000 which gave us an additional 20% off.

A few of the pieces were not in stock including a desk, chair and hutch set for my daughter. The estimated delivery date was initially stated to be November of 2020. At this time we have received all of the furniture on the order except for my daughter's desk, chair and hutch. This date ended up getting pushed out to February of 2021.

I told our salesperson to cancel the order and refund the money for the desk, hutch and chair because we could not wait that long. He cancelled the order and told us we would be refunded $171 because taking the pieces off the order resulted in us losing the 20% discount and only receiving 10%. I was never made aware of the fact that I would lose the discount on the whole order by removing these pieces.

I asked that he put the furniture back on the order and was told that since the order had been cancelled I would need to pay $520 to buy the pieces on a new ticket since the old ticket could not be reopened.

Very UNHAPPY - (was on hold for 15 minutes and then it disconnected). Placed an order on Dec 15 and my credit card was processed on the 16th. Delivery was expected on Jan 12th. I just got an email today 12/29 (2 weeks after money was received) tell me the "vendor" would not be shipping my chairs until March. When I wen to cancel, I was told it would be 10 business days to refund my money.still on hold.

Beautiful and Excellent quality furniture. Friendly staff and nice customer service. Cary took his patience to show us different models of furniture and compared each one before we decided. He was so friendly and very experienced with the items that was easy for us to choose and buy.

Update: We eventually cancelled our order of sofas at End October. The bed which was delivered in Aug broke after one month of use and their handyman who came to fix it showed it to me that it was bad wood thats why it broke.
Update:
Now they say that our furniture will arrive in October. First it was July, then August, then September! 4th month has started. And Its never their fault, its always their vendors’ fault! Why open stores when you cant deliver. We are cancelling it if it isnt here in October first week. It’s ridiculous waiting for so long!

Very poor service! We have been waiting for 3 months for our furniture to arrive, every time we are given a new date and then they fail to deliver. Such a frustrating experience. This was our first and last time ordering from them

Always looking out for the customer. I went for one sale and Christina is making sure I get the best price. Went today for a sale she told me the one on memorial day is a better deal

Very happy with the service I received at the Ocala store. Adrian was attentive and personable. She took the time to make sure that our needs were met and that we made an informed decision on our purchase. The delivery guys were amazingly fast and efficient as well. I definitely recommend that anyone in Ocala looking for the right purchase goes to Kane’s!

I had furniture delivered yesterday and my boyfriend received it.
There is not enough space in our living room for all of it, so I need to return a chair. I called and they told me they don’t take returns. I wasn’t informed in Advance. Doesn’t feel like an appropriate policy.

We were looking for a smaller desk for our spare room and not having much luck at any other store in Ocala. On a whim, we decided to try Kane’s. Sarah Caselnova greeted us as soon as we walked in to and was fabulous the entire time! She is not pushy and understood what we were looking for. We ended up going home with a beautiful desk that we love! Their selection is huge regardless of what type of furniture you are looking for. We will definitely be coming back and working with Sarah for our future needs!

I was able to find everything I was looking for and even got a great deal! I was helped by Anthony Powell and he was great. He was patient and very friendly. Anthony was an expert in mattresses and helped us pick out the perfect one. After sleeping in our new mattress several nights, NO MORE BACK PAIN! The delivery team was awesome too. They arrived right on time and built our entire bedroom set in no time.

Shop somewhere else unless you only want your furniture to last for 10 months! I can assure you that a 90-lb-woman and a 150-lb-man, who RARELY SIT on a loveseat, would not flatten the back, seat, and arm cushions unless Kane's sold them sub-quality furniture with a useless warranty. Obviously, Kane's did just that.

P. S. So Kane's responded to my review. Hahahaha. What a joke: took them over 3 months to reply; asked for my info, so they could investigate. Another joke because we'd already dealt a loquacious Customer Service rep, who sent an incompetent "inspector" to checkout our loveseat. After the inspection, the rep called back to say Kane's would do nothing. That's why I'm warning you! DO NOT SHOP AT KANE'S unless you're OK with sub-quality furniture and useless warranties.

I feel really uncomfortable when sales staff follow you all around the store offering their assistance!
NOT THE CASE WITH KANE'S!
Sarah introduced herself and said if I had any questions she would be available, so I was able to measure, sit on, touch, take pictures and shop the whole showroom undisturbed.
Once I was ready, Sarah made herself available so I could picked her brain. She was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions.
Great products, selection, price and staff at Kane's!
My new "go to" furniture store!

My furniture was finally delivered yesterday with half of my stuff missing, some things were on back order but was not commuticated! The only good thing about this experience was our salesperson, Sarah! She was so awesome from the second we came into the store. It’s too bad everything else was a complete disaster!

Linda was great. Explained everything. Very patient with my thousand questions. Will update with pictures when my furniture is delivered. IT'S HERE! Every piece in this room is from Kanes and I couldn't be happier! Delivery was fast and the men cleaned up and place everything where I wanted! Ask for Linda, tell her Rose sent you!

After checking out furniture stores in Gainesville and Ocala I ended up at Kane's Furniture. I spoke to an approachable gentleman I believe his name was Adam, General Manager, and he partnered me with a sales lady named, Sarah Caselnova. I knew what I wanted and she knew the product lines and inventory. She recognized I valued my time and she adjusted her salesmanship accordingly. Kane's Furniture had exactly what I needed and was able to deliver my sectional sofa in my specific time frame. I recommend Kane's Furniture and especially Sarah as she was intuitive to my needs and work hard to ensure satisfaction.

Kane's selection was great, their prices were the best but the thing that will bring us back is the customer service. Especially Joanne and Christina. Those two truly are amazing and made our purchase easy and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. You ladies are the best! Thank you!
