Kane's Furniture - Ocala

Don't bother purchasing their furniture "protection" plan. Their description of what the service plan covers goes beyond puffing; it is a flat out lie. There is no way that after having a wet plastic bag on my table for less than three hours should constitute severe warping that I have experienced. The issue is the lack of sealant applied when manufactured. The top of the table has the appropriate amount, however, the space between the wood "slats" doesn't have any, causing water to get to exposed wood very easily.

Kane's said that their "service repairman" deemed this issue non-warrantable despite being at my home for less than 2 minutes just to take a couple of photos.

Personal at Ocala store very gracious, however they are at the mercy of management who doesn't understand what the word management means. Bought bedroom set and haven't received the last piece yet and it was paid for 4 mo ago.

There sale pitch is good. Make sure you read all your documents they don't tell you until afterwards when you go back to their store then they start giving you pamphlets I've been shopping there for years what a shame they can't take care of their customers.

Love the lodge selection a furniture some good prices some high price but you get what you pay for. Salesperson was very nice.
