Kane's Furniture - Ocoee

While the women who sold us our couches was very kind, we have been waiting months to receive our furniture (couch set). We ordered the couches in January and were originally told we would receive our couches early in March as a couple of weeks passed we were told the order had been pushed back till April, and now we are being told it will be some time in May. At this point I’m concerned I’ll never receive it. After spending a considerable amount of money at the the store it is very upsetting to constantly be told that our order has been pushed with no explanation. We moved into a new home and now have been with out this key piece of furniture for some time now, and it seems it will continue, making it a 5 month wait. We are very upset, if you need furniture in a timely manner then I do not recommend Kane’s.

Do not purchase from this place. I was told my bedroom set will be delivered in one month, well two months later I finally received my bedroom set. One month later the dressers are falling apart. I reach out to customer service to only be given different dates on when someone should be coming out to repair the dressers. Well, I’m still waiting! I will never recommend this place to anyone! Poor customer service and quality of furniture.

Bait and switch. Tested mattresses everywhere. Came back to Kane's 3 times. They were advertising a free adjustable base upgrade with purchase. After we decided on a mattress the salesperson said they were taking $600 off the other one we were considering, today only! I asked if we'd still get the free adjustable base and he said yes he just had to get his manager to do the discount.
The manager came and said he had to see if they could get the plush version of the mattress we wanted which he called and she said yes but would take 10 days. I asked again if we still got the free base, he said yes. No where did the marketing material say there were exclusions.
He sent another person up to do the paperwork and she tried to charge us $700 more.
After keeping us there over 2 hours they would not honor their promotion or what they told us.

My mother was in the market to purchase a new living room set. We looked at Kane’s first and fell in love with the living room set there but wanted to price check other furniture stores -we found nothing comparable to the furniture that we laid eyes on at Kane’s. Well we returned to Kane’s spoke with the Manager Mr. Alexander explained our dilemma regarding cost. Mr. Alexander was so considerate, and kind to us, he listened and offered my mother a price she couldn’t refuse for the furniture set she first fell in love with. #ThanksMrAlexander #ThanksKanesFurnitureOrlando

I started looking at furniture over 6 months ago and had a brief interaction with Hanover. I truly appreciated how he gave us space but gave us his card and could text him if needed anything. I liked this approach because with everything with covid it was nice to have space but also know if I needed anything I could quickly get a hold of him. I saved his information and reached out to him to let him know I would contact him closer to our closing. The day we were going to go to the store I sent him a message and he was working. He was so incredibly helpful with picking out the right things we needed. We got a few more things than originally planned. His approach was informative but never came across as pushy. He wanted us to let him know when we actually closed so could arrange delivery. I have never had someone so commutative and helpful with this process. It took some time for everything to be in stock (as we were totally aware of and he had explained) and he was proactive with reaching out to us about setting up delivery. He was even letting us know as things arrived and managed to get everything in one delivery. Anytime I've ordered anything anywhere I always have felt like I've had to be so on top of it to make sure things got taken care of, and it was refreshing to have the confidence that someone else was doing that for us. Our furniture got delivered yesterday and it beyond exceeded our expectations! Everything looks absolutely beautiful! Best decision going to Kanes, and whenever I need anything else, I will only go and see Hanover.

Tamilyn Diaz was amazing! After being in my home for a year, searching stores after stores, I finally purchased my dining room tabele with the help and direction of Tamilyn. Stop into Kanes on West Colonial and see her. She was extremely helpful and went to bat for me to get me an amazing deal on a dining room piece. Its definitely a one of a kind eye catcher.

We purchased a very nice TV stand. Good price and quality. Kane's always has a sale going on. Check their flyers for special sales/reduced pricing.

Great service from Cyrus and Michael. Everyone I have dealt with at Kane's is professional and courteous. They do everything possible to make your buying experience satisfying. Kane's is my go to furniture store.

All I can say is WOW! What a phenomenal experience working with Kara Sponsel at this location. After shopping a few different stores for furniture, I am so happy I found someone who understood me and made me feel extremely comfortable with my purchase. We've bought several pieces from Kane's and they've always provided great customer service- Kara Sponsel had a technician sent to our home within 2 days to make a minor adjustment to the dresser in our bedroom set and now it's perfect. Thanks Kara- we'll be back!

My wife and myself recently moved to Florida, we have visited a few furniture stores and we had this store that was recommended to us from a friend.we found the furniture that we liked and the style that we are accustomed to having in our home.we want to say thank you Kara Sponsel for your help and knowledge.

Great experience, Alex was very patient and did not pressure us into anything. He gave us great info as warranties and fabrics ect. We will be back here for sure for any other furniture we might need in the future. Never thought buying furniture would be such a great experience.

I never take the time to write any reviews but This time I thought it was deserved. After being denied the replacement of my mattress, I went to the West colonial store and I was very lucky to have dealt with the manager of the store Cyras, his customer service was above and beyond. He resolved my issue immediately, also, customer service manager and sales rep worked together to help me select the right mattress for me. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs!

The merchandise is good but that was the worst experience ever. Staff is unprofessional and they do not know how to deal with people correctly. Kanes itself has some invasive policies. Won't by furniture here again.
When people purchase products they don't want to be questioned about if they really live at the delivery address.

The delivery people were awesome but they work out of Tampa.
