Kane's Furniture - Ocoee

Great experience with salesman John Harbin. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase, even when things went a little different than planned. I'll be sure to shop here again in the future.

Alex was an excellent salesman. No pressure and gave me and my husband our space but was there to help with any questions we had. We bought a great patio set and beautiful transformer sofa with some stools. You will not be disappointed if you shop here.

Michael Pauli was super helpful And have us a great deal on some mattresses and a bunk bed! No pressure and plenty of time to make up our minds on what we wanted. We will be shopping here again for our next furniture buy.

Alex Rodriguez was our salesman both times we’ve shopped at Kane’s in Ocoee. He’s friendly, helpful, & patient. We bought a power leather recliner sectional & end tables from him back in July 2017 & just went back today, 5/6/18 to buy a bedroom set. Kane’s has great prices & great sales. They have the best quality variety, & value of any furniture store around!

I have bought my furniture in this store for the past 3 years. I'm always greeted at door, which makes a huge difference. Mitch, the sales associate, knows what I want or need. He's very knowledgeable, experienced and very patient. Delivery and repair service is fast and professional. Customer service is prompt and courteous.

We purchased a TV unit. Flaws in the unit caused us to be concerned about the quality. We communicated ours concerns. Cyrus, the Manager, went above and beyond to satisfy us. Although we didn’t exchange the unit out, he did compensated us for our troubles. Thank you Cyrus for your amazing customer service!

Had another great shopping experience at this Kane's location in Ocoee (the 4th time in 10 years that we have shopped exclusively at the Ocoee Kane's). Bought a new mattress and adjustable frame this time. The entire Staff was helpful and easy to work with. Kara at the front Customer Service counter was great as usual, along with Cyrus the Manager.

Wonderful experience with this store! Cyrus, the Store Manager was super helpful and extremely kind! Terry was my sales person who was also amazing and patient as well! By the time she finished working with me, I had brought furniture for 3 complete roomS! Wow! Didn’t expect to dat. But I’m so glad I did at Kane’s.the best furniture shopping experience that I’ve had in a long time! L

Purchase a living room set from them. Had issues with the set from the start they replaced the same issue two times within the year. Same issue happening again and now they won’t do anything about saying it not there fault. Would not recommend buying from here any more. The quality of furniture is horrible. Would not refer anyone to store or franchise.

Customer service sucks! Sales rep did not know anything. Worst store too vist go somewhere else.

Couch started ripping in between cushions only after 3 1/2 years and they would not help us at all about the problem. Will never go there again or suggest this place

Swati and Cyrus made our visit wonderful. Swati was very friendly and was very accommodating. Cyrus, the manager, was a wealth of knowledge! I learned so much about names of chairs, woods, etc. There was a diverse and numerous selection to choose from. My family and I definitely would recommend going to Kane's for all your shopping needs.
