Great for drop in work outs and if timed right, can Actually cycle thru machine circuit and cardio without a wait even when fairly crowded.open, airy and def Covid-conscious clientele and staff

I only went there to swim. The locker room and the pool were clean. The hot tub was either broken or closed due to covid, not sure which one.

It's an ok gym but a good value for the price. Access to pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball court, most workout machines, free fitness classes, extra paid training options and services, etc.

Does not provide towels, so remember to bring your own!

I have to say after reading prior reviews that were not uniformly great, I was truly pleasantly surprised just how nice this gym is. Apparently they have remodeled a good bit of the gym- and the main floor and second floor are impressive- bath and locker/shower could use it but not in the works yet-

The biggest plus was the administrator/sales director Ken Rothschild- he was very honest about everything from fees to policies, how to cancel if one needs to as it was an issue from prior reviews- and the process was straightforward and ZERO pressure- and he was indeed extremely accurate and helpful and meticulous - you definitely want to talk with him- the weights and machines are plentiful- during peak times there may be waits but that is not so unusual - and the machine weights are older with some evidence of aging/rust but they frankly work fine and if its functional its better than a huge price increase to replace everything - The location is really good, and parking is plentiful - and gym members appear friendly and polite -

If corporate eventually decides to remodel bathroom and shower area I would increase to 5 stars- there is also an indoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as sauna-

It’s the dirtiest gym I have ever worked out in. After COVID, they had janitors for a couple of months but let them all go. The gym smells like a urinal cake and is disgusting

I have called three tiems today to change an appointnement and have been on hold for 30 minutes. I just was told they do not have access to trainer schedules. Person opn phone said that trainers are not good at returning calls. Not good at all. Beware.

Extremely disappointed that LA Fitness backtracked from wearing mask all the time except when you're working out. That is crazy as that is when members expel the most droplets. Just because the gym allows this doesn't mean you should do it. You're exposing you and me to the virus. Be smart and please keep your masks on at all times for safeties sake. Let's all be healthy and smart.

I stopped going there, as management has no concerns for member safety. The manager wears his mask under his chin while walking around inspecting, some workers do not wear mask while working out, even though there is a county mandate for wearing mask. Also stopped my training with my trainer, said they don't enforce rules for mask, most people do not wipe machine down after use, you are taking your life in your own hands there, I do not feel safe any longer going there.

Older LAfitness but good equipment. No weights where they should be is my main issue. Otherwise good.

I love this location, not only because its a few minutes away from my house, i mean the location is literally my favorite, machines are clean and pretty much everything works, there's a lot of equipment. The guy at the front desk at 5 am is such a wonderful person, and he always greets you with a smile and good energy. Clean, parking lot and easy to access and see from the main street

One of the more organized LA Fitness locations I've been to. Most people will actually put the weights back which is unheard of in South Florida gyms.

Been a member for 4 years. Been in about 20 gyms over the years. Staff told me i can use a guest pass. Turns out its NOT FREE. Its $15 which is half a month’s membership. Double check everything staff says because they will say anythig at time of sign up. Also, no one is around to rack weights, machines are contantly down, robes are ripped, and worst of all the bathrooms are beyond disgusting.

This location has some updating to do. Overall most of the equipment is outdated. The treadmills are old and rusty. I’ve been a member for several years and all of the other local locations (17th st, pompano, Deerfield) are much nicer than this location.

I don't like to come on weekend because it's supposed to be open at 7 am pleas don't show up early they open late all the time and no body said and do anything, but they are punctual charging yout monthly payment this isn't fair.

Lots of space within the gym however the equipment is old and rusty. The space allocated on the second floor and machines down on the first floor are used great however the fly machines and weights section is horribly configured and very cramped. Overall this is one of the worst LA Fitness locations that I have been to.

This LA Fitness is terrible I had to cancel my membership because the staff kept harassing me and calling me like there were a creditor company collector everyday 10 times a day it made me want to change my number not to mention most of the equipment is broken and the bathrooms are so dirty if they were clean it would be nice after you work out to shower but that is a definite No-No when it comes to this place because they're not sanitary I would recommend a different gym!

The locker room is in usual mess, very unclean. Showers are gross most have black mold growing on the tiles and lots of friendly nats that like to shower with you.
Webster location, however, is kept in great shape and the staff is good.

Equipment cardio very old outdated in comparison with other gyms rusted, smells like sweat showers and locker room disgusting

This gym was so dirty I visited this location several times while I was on vacation and it was always dirty. The weights were all over the floor and mismatched. This was also during the slow period. Where is the manager? It was ridiculous!
