Great facility! Always clean. Items are in order. Even during peak hours you can find a cardio machine (weights not so much). Locker room is well kept.

I came in to just use the bathroom, would’ve taken 2 minutes, but was denied because I was not a member. And now I never will be. The employee was very polite and professional but the company policy was terrible. All the other employees were on their phones. I had an appointment at LensCrafters right next door and their bathroom was out of order.

Staff is friendly, the lockers are super clean and neat. No sweaty odors. Just make sure you clean after yourself. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Super clean, both the sauna and the steam rooms are well maintained. Not a lot of bathrooms, but this gym doesn't get hugely busy:)

All in all, I'm very happy to be working out here-it sure is working out for me ;)

The equipment here needs to be updated! It’s way out of date! I guess there getting the place updated now. NICE!

I normally visit this gym, sadly its outdated. By that I mean that the equipment is old and crappy. Most of it has signs that say out of order the majority of the time. This place needs a major renovation and luckily after years gone by.
Its finally happening, this gym is getting renovations done and new equipment put in. The gym is currently closed and will be closed until sometime in December 2018.

Old eqipment. Old, dirty locker room. And impossible to cancel. They told me they need a manager to cancel. Then they say they have no idea when the manager will ever be there. Total scam. Never joining la fitness again.

There's a lot of equipment to facilitate beginners and professionals alike. You have a swimming pool and basketball court and depending on your package you can bring 2 persons and use and any gym in the country. Not bad for $29.99 a month

This one is near where i shop and work, i like the staff, especially Sergio, clean facility usually jacuzzi and pool are working fine.

This place don’t deserve not 1 star. Their equipment is severely outdate and a majority of them don’t work. I had to jump on 4 different elliptical till I find a working one. AC doesn’t work, it’s filthy, and the locker rooms are gross. I’ve been to better LA fitness clubs but this one here is by far the worst gym. It’s sad I pay 39.99 for trash.

Been coming here for years on and off. Outdated equipment and broken bicycles/steppers. The guy who fixes them goes around and tells you how to work out on them. What a genius! Filthy Locker rooms, found german roaches crawling in lockers. Young guys use the hot tub in their UNDERWEAR, they do not have the decency to bring a swim suit. Disgusting and disrespectful. I stopped using the hot tub, it's brown or green half the time. NOT worth catching an infection of some sort.

All in all the center is friendly. The culture is mixed and not stuck up like some other locations can be. I always get a good work out there. The place can use a small makeover.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I been coming to this gym for 5 years now if it wasn't for the people that go here I wouldn't even attend this gym any longer what this management has become is disgraceful rude and IGNORANT they do not know how to talk to people and honestly it's shameful one word of advice if you don't like your job find a NEW ONE that interests YOU ;)

The sales and training staff were phenomenal!
Especially the young gentleman named Elvis. He was absolutely adorable and went far beyond his call of duty!

For me to take the time and actually write a review says a lot. I’ve never seen a gym this poorly managed. You literally have to look for dumbbells on the floor. Just a big mess, ALWAYS.

Awful! Was taken through initial introduction to machines and facilities with another new member. The only problem was that she was 18 and I’m 66! We were expected to do the SAME routine! No! I asked for a refund and left. Unprofessional and pushy staff.

So I wanted to sign up for a free trial but couldn't because I already did a free trial a couple weeks which is okay.the thing that annoyed me was the "manager of this LA fitness" a man who worked there was the definition of a duch bag. The entire time talking to him was horrible.he was holding a VAPE in his hand the hold time! Why tf are you talking to a (possible costumer of la fitness) with a vape.unprofessional much? BEWARE of mentioning the words PLANET FITNESS infront of staff memeber there as they will literally bash on planet fitness and make you feel like the worst person in the world for not going to LA.
Yeah if I do go to LA fitness I don't think I'll ever go this location ever.
And hopefully never see that guy again.

I was very impressed with the new staff. Im a longtime member and brought a friend with me to the northlake location and yes it is a nice club but the sales guy was very pushy and turned us off. Last week we decided to try the okeechobee and military location.yes it is old and could use a touch up but Elvis and Sean were outstanding. They treated my guest and me like family! My friend will be signing up there in the next few days!

Enjoy coming here with my friends all the time. Never have had any problems and all the employees are friendly.

Been coming here a few months and love it.its old but the staff is great! The two managers Sean and Garrett make you feel like family
