LA Fitness, West Palm Beach FL

I recently went to a location in ft lauderdale, another LA fitness. The location was very clean and locker room was roomy and lockers were updated and in very goid condition. West palm needs a makeover. Some of the equiptment is outdated and not in great shape. Some of the equiptment is even damaged and doesnt function properly.

I absolutely hate this gym. All the machines are rusty and old. The weights are always misplaced and thrown all over the floor while the staff sits behind a desk on their phones. The general manager said that in order for me to switch my primary gym to another one I would have to cancel my membership and start a new one. My response to that garbage was how come every gym (24 hour fitness, you fit, planet fitness) allows the paying customer to do that easily. He then said nothing. Spare yourself the aggravation of dealing with these idiots.

Rude management and staff. The guest pass is fake and the staff treats you disrespectfully. This is why I will never become a member of LA fitness.

While LA Fitness as a whole is a perfect example of a large company that cares nothing for its members I have had some very good interactions with the staff at my local branch in Melbourne. The club there is usually well maintained and neat. However, this club is filthy, the equipment is gross, and staff is rude. I'm consistently impressed how every time I come in to this club it is a new worst for LA Fitness. The only redeeming thing about this club is that it has driven me to end my membership. It's almost as bad as a planet fitness.

Don’t go to Barbara’s yoga class. It’s a total joke and she is not friendly. However the other instructors are good. The rest of the club is decent.
