La Quinta Inn & Suites Orlando Universal Area

Overnight front desk staff member was superbly fantastic! She was friendly, professional and very helpful. I cannot give 5 stars because there was a horrible sewerage smell and no functioning air conditioning in the lobby and/or corridors.

Good price. Good location. Dont expect to much for that price. Covid breakfast is the worst ever.

Kinda dumpy doesn't have airport tranport which I was told by reservations they did. Disappointing

We stayed two nights in this hotel. First of all, its location is really good. You can walk to the Universal in 25-30 minutes plus they have a shuttle service in the morning. However, their queen size matress were not actual queen or comfortable. The air conditioner was making soo much noises. The worst part of our trip was the breakfast packages. It was one of the convicing points to me to stay here that breakfast was included. If I knew it was this bad, I am sorry, HORRIBLE, I would select another hotel. It is better for them not to give anything rather than sugar bomb Cinnamon Horn with cranberry juice cocktails. Consider this place only if you just consider location. 1.8 of 5

The spring mattresses were awful and lived in, the room felt dirty and there was a 2 inch gap under the door to the room which brought light in to the room as well as noise and whatever bug wanted to make a visit. The room stated at booking that it included a coffee machine and blow dryer which it did not. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. I guess what they say is true.you get what you pay for.

We really appreciate! We really enjoyed our short stay. The Brazilian girls Laura, Luciana and Thais were very attentive and friendly. Great location, reasonable price, comfortable and clean. We will definitely recommend

I unfortunately didn't catch the name of the lady behind the desk at 1230 am new years morning, but she was very friendly and funny and the exact type of personality me and my wife needed to talk to after a less than stellar drive. Very good crew of people and a great energy with all the other guests we've run into so far. Just wanted to say thank you to her.

Didnt have reward bag for me as a returning gold member. First floor room had lots of noise from laundry room across the hall and construction. Also room was pretty humid with a slight smell to it. There have been worst experiences when it comes to over night stays but this one wasn't in the best.

I like LaQuinta Inn. This one was by far the worst I have ever stayed in. Small eating area. Dirty carpets. Small parking lot. Not impressed at all

Air conditioning barely works, roaches in the bathroom at night. Someone in an adjacent room in smoking, so half of my room smells like an ash tray.

Dont stay close to the elevator, because you will be woke up early from them doing work on the building. Not fun

This time around was kind of messy when you got into a king size room where they was bugs on the pillows and hair all over the bed yes I change my room to a queen and it was much better thank you

Staying here due to a fire in a neighbors apartment that happened this past Sunday 8/19/2018. The staff is really nice. They offer a continental breakfast from 6am to 9am. Great place to stay.

Near to Universal Studios, the breakfast is good but they serve the same everyday. The rooms are nice, the pillows are not comfortable

My husband & I checked in on the 2nd of August and checked out today Aug 5th. We loved the staff they were awesome. Nice and clean place.awesome breakfast with alot of choices.even for vegetarians. Pet friendly. Great price.worth every dollar. Definitely would go back there again! Ty all for my pleasant stay! God willing my husband & I will see you soon! A basic, 'no frills' hotel. Room was comfortable and clean with good, if a little noisy AC. Noise from other guests was annoying: door slamming, a heated argument and the communal washer / drier being used out of hours. With the latter, it sounded like someone tumble drying pebbles late into the night!
Staff friendly, easy parking and free, if intermittent wi-fi.

Had by far one of the worst experience at this La Quinta, I’ve been a customer of la Quinta for over 5 years and definitely will never be back. Terrible customer service, treated extremely poorly, my entire trip was ruined.

Though the hotel was under renovation, it was still perfectly nice for an overnight stay. We always choose La Quintana when traveling with our three dogs.

Not so clean. In front the hotel smell like piss and the hotel phone doesn't work. But I guess that what I get for the price I paid through cheap hotel

Rooms are nice but everything else is a construction zone while being remodeled. Disappointed website didn't state the property was under construction.
