31Good place to go if you want to go to Universal Studios and don't want to pay the premium for on location lodging. Very close, clean, and friendly staff.
This place is awesome! We checked in around 1am, we got our room in less than 5minutes. The rooms are newly renovated. Comfy beds, cold room, and clean bathroom. I would definitely come back and stay!
Hotel Entrance is under construction when I checked in. Place us a little disorganized. My room on 3rd floor was clean and neat. The first floor is first pet owners so they do allow pets. They offered complimentary breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, coffee). Not the best breakfast but at least it is free.
Very positive experience at this hotel. The staff was prompt, and attentive to our needs, especially Raphael at the front desk. Room cleaning staff was phenomenal. Will stay at again!
First room we checked into hadn't been cleaned at all from previous guests. But the front desk was very quick to address the issue and moved us to a new room. From there on the stay was pleasant for the one night we were there. Beds are super soft. Pillows were a bit stiff though.
Like La Quinta. Wish they had told me they were remodeling. Main lobby was closed as was the pool. Dining area for breakfast was very small and temperature was about 80 degrees. If I had known they were remodeling I would have stayed at one of their other locations. The rooms were very nice an comfortable though. So it wasn't a total loss.
DO NOT STAY HERE. The La Quinta on Major Blvd Orlando. We had no hot water. We had roaches in the hallway. Breakfast was disgusting. Staff was not helpful at all. Called customer service was on hold for an hour with no answer. DO NOT STAY HERE.
This was the worst hotel stay ever.the first 2 nights the door to my room was left open, the tube and toilet backing up, the beds very uncomfortable it would sink in the middle, breakfast cant even explain.this hotel is not 3.7 not even close.especially in that area.
Good value and friendly service. Close to outlet malls and Universal Studios. Breakfast was basic but had everything one would expect.
Great stay until the morning, someone thought it would be funny to yell down the hallway numerous times, but that's not the hotels fault. They are currently remodeling and the improvements look really good.
