If I could give negative stars I would.

There was a roach crawling all over the walls and I took pictures of it. The person that did my daughter’s lab work was just rude. I told her my daughter has severe medical anxiety and she said okay but when it my daughter started getting upset she basically told my daughter if she didn’t stop crying she would have to go to the hospital and be strapped down to get lab work! That is no way to deal with a child with anxiety disorders.

There are ZERO CDC Covid-19 guidelines being followed at this location which as disappointing. I had an appointment and checked-in online when I arrived; I got a text a short time later saying they were ready for me. I went in to be seen and they were not ready for me; I ended up waiting one hour which is not the end of the world, but I was told I had to wait in the waiting room with a lot of other people that were crammed in (not 6' apart), so I asked to wait outside. I was able to wait outside, but they don't come and get you outside when they are ready for you, so I had to constantly keep going back in to check to see if my name was coming up. This defeats the whole purpose on an online (waiting in-car) check-in process to help keep us safe. I felt bad for the women working there because it seemed like they have zero support from LabCorp or from anyone in management, so that makes it hard for them. They were understaffed and they said if you didn't have an appointment you could be waiting for more than 3 hours. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this location, but I have a feeling they are all like this which is sad. Everyone deserves better! I need to find a new solution for my next round of bloodwork.

Arrived early for my 8: 15 appointment. Said they would call me at 8: 15 while waiting in my car. 8: 45. NO CALL. Went back inside and cancelled. Have things to do, hence the appointment. Happens all the time with this company, even trying 2 locations. Quest, from now on!

I have waited for almost 2 hours for the appointment my boyfriend set up a week ago. The front desk lady decided to go to lunch, even when the entire place was full and people were waiting outside as well. Nobody even took over her duty, so people were in there staring at blank walls. Worse place I’ve ever been to.

I never seen such an unprofrssional front desk staff! There's absolutely no unity, no organization, no communication and NO respect amongst the staff. Everyone is just doing their own thing. If all of the above was eliminated than the wait time would be shorter.

Long wait even though I had an appointment for drug test. I had to use the bathroom and I was in pain from having to go so bad and they would not call me back and said I have to wait while I'm doing a dance in the lobby. So rude amd unprofessional when I asked like they had an attitude or something will never go to this location again I went to one in Altamonte and they are friendlier.

Extremely long wait for a pre employment drug screen with no appointment required. Staff unprofessional and discourteous. I will never be coming back.

Rude and unprofessional. Very sad to see LabCorp hire such people I’m theor organization who are unethical, yell and talk over you when explaining/asking questions. Should be zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE!

I would give zero stars if possible. Watch out for these crooks - they will tell you your insurance is covered and you just need to sign a document to pay a "one-time" $150.then you'll get a $1000 bill in the mail shortly after. I will be reporting LabCorp to the Better Business Bureau for their use of lying and coercion and the smooth way which their employees conduct that into their business with customers.

If you've ever had lab work done, you know the deal-show up as early as possible. I got here when they opened at 6: 30, was out by 7: 15. (There were already people ahead of me when I arrived and I still was processed quickly.) No one was rude or unprofessional. I've never had a bad experience here. They also have online appointments you can make now. (I came for routine lab work.)

There's is no point of making an appointment at this location. They do not have a machine to scan your Identification for your appointment. You have to sign in as if you're a walk in and wait. The confirmation paper stated otherwise. Inaccurate information.

Horrible.now I have to pay the same fee twice just because they are incompetent. Dee whatever her name is have the worst attitude ever.ugh hate that I have to go back there.

Make an appointment online! Went on a Wednesday during lunch hour and the employees worked very slow. Maybe there weren't enough employees. I've been to the one near UCF and they were very fast and efficient and clean! Might be a drive for some but well worth it. I waited close to an hour to take a simple blood work.

Even 30 minutes early to my appointment took 45 min for even the receptionist to see me. Total BS.

Decent facility location. When coming to a lab like this, the key is to plan accordingly. Very early mornings are often the best way to avoid unnecessary delays. I did not experience what many reviewers seemed to have suffered through. Please take reviews in context.

What's the point in scheduling an appt if your not being called by your appt time. I was called 45mins after my scheduled apt time. The tech was nice but the customer service from the front staff was not great at all
I work front desk and would never talk to the pts the way they do. Scheduled apps are always seen first, unless they are emergencies and im sure a drug screen is no emergency.

This is the worst place ever, they are rude all the time with the people, they are calling only the appoinment people but they take 30 minutes or more to call each person. Visitors with no appoinment have to wait until they finish with all appoinments. They don't care about you. No matter if you being waiting there for hours. I was there waiting for pee for drug test, and have to leave cause i was going to pee in my pants or explode.

45 minutes and counting for a 1: 30 appointment to pee in a cup extremely annoyed. Especially seeing someone go before you and you been here forever

They do not answer the phone I called 5x to only get disconnected they say they don't do drug screening after 2: 30 so why allow your appointment scheduling system to show spots available for a later time if it's not possible

Currently sitting in these people's waiting area for exactly 1 hour and 43 minutes, for an appointment I had, and was on time for. WHATS THE POINT IN HAVING AN APPOINTMENT WHEN YOU TAKE WALK-INS BETWEEN THE DAMN APPOINTMENTS. They should have a specific day they only take walk ins. There is no reason that I came here at 9: 54 and it's now 11: 39, and still waiting.
