I have scheduled an appointment online. Although I checked-in, it took forever for them to call me in. Horrible service. Never recommended

When you go to give blood, it's not super enjoyable anyway. I have been to this office 4 times now, they are just not friendly at all. Today's was the worst. The nurse stabbed me and then yelled at me and said don't do that when I jerked back like I had a choice with my reflexive reaction! No apology either. Terrible

I visited this office for a blood draw and was pleasantly greeted by Natasheia and waited less than 20 minutes. Roxy greeted me warmly and took me to the draw room and quickly drew the specimen. I was pleased with all aspects of this visit and would recommend it to any one. Thank you to all the staff!

Usually I stick to reviewing food but this person deserves the accolades. Yes there was a bit of a wait at 7 in the morning but that's not that surprising. Roxy made my day though. First time I've ever walked away from getting my blood drawn smiling.

I've been going here for years, and have never had a problem, nor a bad experience.wish more good comments would be posted.seems like only those with gripes ever say anything.

Please whatever you do STAY AWAY from this location. I arrived at the location and was advise of an hour wait, I waited for 4 hours and still was not seen. This is ridiculous and they should really get help at this location. Not only was the wait long but the young lady was so disrespectful to patients. If she can not deal with people she really needs to find her another job.

Took an hour after our appointment time to even take our paperwork. And that was AFTER I had to get nasty with them

Walked in without an appointment and within 5 minutes had blood work done and left. Simple and easy

Waited more than 2 hours for a drug test. Staffs were rude and unprofessional. I asked them a question and they were so rude and didnt even give me the answer.

Even with an appointment, I wouldn't come back to this location. It's worth the drive to go to another branch. I arrived and was quoted 45 minutes and ended up spending 2 uncomfortable hours holding my bladder for my test.

Have an appointment. Still waiting an hour later. Appointments clearly mean nothing. Staff is curt and base. They vacate between rude and indifferent.

Unfortunately, like many lab companies, they are slow and do not run on schedule. I visited twice in the last week and both times I had scheduled appointments and both ran over an hour behind schedule. The staff is ok. Not really friendly but not rude either.
