LabCorp, Wesley Chapel FL

These women are rude, overwhelmed and have no manner. A guy lost his order slip they gave him the day before and when he came in today this women spoke to him like she was his disappointed mother for the whole waiting room to hear. Wait time is an hour minimum so make sure there’s nothing else you have planned because you will be here a while!

The women there are trying their best to keep up with volume but 2 employees is definitely not enough for this location. Wait time over 50 minutes.

Avoid if possible, this place is poorly managed! Brought my son in for routine bloodwork, checked in on kiosk at 10: 27am for a confirmed 10: 30am appointment. Was given option to wait in the car to be called which I chose. Finally, received text at 11: 17am to “Proceed to the lobby your name will be called shortly”. It is now 11: 35am and STILL waiting to be called amongst other people, some of who are coughing. I thought the whole point of waiting in the car was to promote minimal contact with other patients until you are ready to have your labs. To top it off I asked the lady at the front desk what the delay was and she told me I did not have an appointment which I quickly disproved by showing her the confirmed text and quick check-in bar code on my phone. As a healthcare provider myself this is totally unacceptable. My son finally had his labs drawn at 11: 40am to which I vented my frustration to the technician. Her reply, “Sorry you missed your appointment. ” As if it was somehow our fault. Unreal!

Friendly nurses. Scheduled an appointment online and checked in from the car. That service was convenient and I was called in way before my appointment time.

I didn’t have an appointment and I needed my test as quick as possible, but the waiting time wasn’t that bad for a walk in. The lady that took my blood was really nice and she was working really fast. She was trying to attend everyone on time.
I appreciate the service.
There was just one lady that could be a little more polite and use the words “Please”, “Thank you”, “Who may I assist you? ”, etc.
But overall the experience was great!

Jafa or.however u say her name is very rude and dont care about any customers or patients.this place is a complete mess.they dont try to help.there was a line of people just waiting to get help with checking in that no one could be found waited over 15 min to get help to be told I had to wait in another line for no reason. I asked to speak to the manager and jafa said she was the only one then just stored and walked away like I didnt mean anything.if the specimen samples wasnt needed within a certain time i would.of of left and went to another one.never go to this one they dont care about u

Make an appointment for 11.15 am.check in at 10: 50 and it was 12: 10 and never call me. I let them know that I was waiting in my car. Left and for sure not coming back ever. It is the worst service ever.

Expected the worst after reading prior reviews then walked in at 8: 30AM and 18 people were already waiting but was completely happy with the entire visit. I was in and out in 25 minutes and both of the ladies were very nice!

Great staff! I took my son this morning for lab work. No appt. We arrived at 7 and left at 7: 30. My son who does not do well with needle was panicking and the two ladies we had help us were so sweet to my son and calmed him down. Thank you

I got here a little before 11am. No appointment l. I Was called back within 10mins. Whole process was done within 15 mins. You sign in using their kiosk machine and they call you back once they are ready for you. Simple process and plenty of parking. Overall great experience, I will make this my go to lab from now on

I have been going to to this LabCorp for many years. There is an outstanding employee there, Jalpa, who has impressed me with her efficiency. Several years back, I saw her more than once handle the entire operation from check in to drawing blood alone with more speed and organization than when there were more staff. I don't usually make comments but she is ex exceptional.

I was in and out. I was there for only 20 minutes total for a pediatric draw. I don't know why all the bad reviews.

Very slow and poor customer service! Definitely hate coming to this location, haven't been here in four years and nothing has changed within those four years. I wish i could give lapcorp zero stars. They (the company) must do better than this.

Not as bad as I expected but I did arrive in the afternoon towards the end of the day. My only observations were nobody was at the front desk there was a electronic checkin kiosk after I checked in the kiosk crashed and everything had to be done manually at the window.

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews unless really deserved. I ended up walking out because the wait was so long. They had people waiting to be seen for almost 2 1/2 hours! The icing on the cake was the receptionist told everyone that came in it was going about a 30 minute wait.

Not sure why bad rating but I drove my dad there to get his lab work done, it was quick and friendly service.

I had an appointment today for blood tests at 9.30
I arrived at 9.10-was greeted nicely and everything went very well.
My blood was taken and staff was very helpful and friendly.
I was all done, leaving and happy before my original appointment time.
Would recommend.

We have been there multiple time for labs for our children, they were always friendly. They were able to draw the labs on our 5 month old without any difficulty. Jalpa and the staff were very friendly. The wait times are always tolerable even without an appointment. I was even late to drop off a specimen, they opened the doors and took it on a Friday after hours, talk about awesome customer service. I really don't know why this place has bad reviews, I have never had a bad experience there.

I’m not sure why the rating for this place is so bad. I initially got there at 7am for a drug screening but found out that their drug screening hours are 9-11am & 1-3pm. When I came back @851am I waited until about 915am. After I got called I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and quick. *very important to not show up when they open expecting to complete your drug screening, other than that it was a near perfect experience for me. Thanks.

I'm rating this location of Lab Corp in the Shoppes of New Tampa at three out of five stars. Previous reviewers have noted extremely long wait times and poor service but this has not been my personal experience. My visits were for routine blood tests and the service was provided in a professional and competent way in a clean and well maintained facility.
