LabCorp, Wesley Chapel FL

I've come here once a week for blood work for the past six months. The nurses are always so kind and I've never made an appointment and have never waited more than 30 minutes. (I've only waited that long on busy days) In the hospital, they have to use a sonogram machine on me but they've never had a problem here!

This location is incredibly slow. I was there for 2 1/2 hours to have blood drawn. And then they had trouble drawing my blood and had to stick me three different places to finally get the blood.

This place has really turned around! The staff are so nice, and they only needed to stick me once! I'm usually a hard stick and have had places stick me 6-8 times!

This place is poorly managed, the Indian lady is super rude! Patient care here is not a priority. They should have signs stating certain test are only accepted within certain hours. I waited 30 min for the lady to tell me they do not take employment drug test until after 1pm. I return at one she looks at me and says have a seat, calls me to door says give me your paper turns around and closes the door in my face. New management needs to come through and evaluate patient their skills

Awful customer service! After making an appointment 5 days in advance ended up waiting 1.5 hours just to be called to a widow just to be told they do not have a test kit to do the tests needed, was promised a call back same day and needless to say never gotten one. They had only ONE employee to do the desk job and draw blood etc! The worst LabCorp location in the whole Tampa Bay area.

This location does not know how to answer the phones, they pick up and hang up when I call. I've been calling all week.

My wife wait a week for her appointment and when we get there at 9.00 AM we noticed there are 8 people waiting, one guy with appointment 8.00AM, he has been there since 7: 45 and just keep waiting, there is only one employee doing all task- blood extraction-phone-desk? We left.

I've been sitting here 2 hours waiting to take a urine drug screen. Been holding the need to use the restroom for about 2.5 hours.

Went twice to that office, first time with I have to wait for an hour or more. The second time we went today and we have to wait for 2 and a half hours, when we told them we don't need this test let me get my paperwork then they said ok we will take you now. I feel even more sad for the very old people who were for as long I was there. Will never try to go there again.

Having to wait over 30 mins for my APPOINTMENT, then I get skipped in line because he called my middle name then made me go to the back of the line. Sounds like office management could use some training.

Was snapped at for asking questions about the procedure. I've been to about 3 Labcorps and this has definitely been the worst one so far.

I made an appointment ahead of time, and it was pretty hassle free. It was a mid-morning appointment and I waited for just a little bit. They were professional and i plan to make the drive again in the future for my blood work.

Even if you take appointment they won't stick to that time. Employees seemed to be very relaxed even though there are many people sitting in the lobby waiting for the test. They do things in their own pace. No quick services. Expect to spend half of the day for a single test, not recommendable.

Terrible service waited 45 minutes watching two employees sitting at desk. Division of labor people it's an easy concept. This place has gone down hill.they have drawn from two in 45 min.

I came in for a walk in yesterday and has to leave without being seen after 55 minutes. Took the desk lady's suggestion and made an appointment today for 10: 30. I got here at 10: 10 just to be sure. It is now 11: 13, I'm going to be late for work, and still have nor been seen to do my super quick drug screen. Everyone in here is frustrated. I think I may have found Hell's waiting room.

Came in without appointment at 9: 40 am. Friendly staff. Cold office. Wait time approximately 20 minutes, quick draw and I was on my way. Quick and painless.

Two people taking info and not drawing blood, over one hour and still no blood. This company needs to hire some people.

Had an appointment at 8am, was not seen until 9: 30. There are other locations to go to in the area, this location is poorly run.
