I always have a wonderful experience at Lavish. The team there is always kind and helpful, the space is clean and serene, and my pedicure is always relaxing and comes out beautifully.

I have been going here for two years. Recently seems like there is some kind of competition between family members or staff. I booked with a specific person, but when I arrive, he is not available and try and push me on someone else. I was accused of being too picky and that they can refuse service because I won't take the tech they offer. Very rude and almost threatening.
I ended up leaving and wont go back. I have French SNS, which are difficult to get right. For the price you pay, I want a specific person that I know does a great job. There are lots of choices out there. I would not recommend this salon.

Each time I have gone in for services I have been able to get serviced w/o an appointment. I have received very good service.

I have been going to Lavish Nails for over a year, they are always willing to get me in for an appointment and are timely and efficient while I’m there. I always get my nails done with Hana but also highly recommend Kate as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lavish!

I’ve come to this nail salon twice now and I LOVE it here! My neighbor recommended this place to me and they do such a good job! Don’t hesitate, just go get your toes done at this salon. Don’t look any further, this place is awesome!

I called and asked for a kids manicure and pedicure. It was clarified GEL polish. Once we left I noticed my niece had smudges and polish all over her nail beds. They used regular polish. I went back and she wanted to charge $36 more dollars to change it to gel after I already paid $48. My nephew confirmed he requested for Gel. The girl at the front kept insisting no one asked for gel when we called. I called over a hour before I brought her and never gave a name. She is 5 yrs old $84 for Gel? This place is horrible And over charges.

I love Lavish! I’ve come three different times, once for a pedicure and twice for nails. They always give me exactly what I ask for and take their time so I never feel rushed. Today I got some nail art and it came out looking exactly like the picture I showed them! My nail tech took her time to make sure they looked perfect and the design was even on both hands!

Came in on a busy day to get a pedicure and my tech was Vy she was so amazing especially with her massage. Definitely recommend!

Exactly the creative artistic expression I wanted for HHN! I've gotten so many compliments on these. Just beautifully done. Hot!

This review is to shout out Cathy! She does great work with my natural nails. She’s very friendly and gentle and I love my nails each time she does them. I never feel rushed with her and I love her attention to detail.

Ray and his mom are the best pedicures here, and for manicures Hannah never disappoints! Thank you for making us feel like family on our mom and daughter nail date, the cbd felt amazing!

Update! This is what 2 weeks gel manicure looks like. No chips no cracks whatsoever in the gel! Unlike the horrible job Lavish nails did. Like I said, if you want to throw your money away, this is the place to go. I ended up going to another nail salon and I couldn't be happier

In all these years I have had gel manucre this is the first time a nail salon has told me that gel manicure lasts for ONLY 2 weeks. I went the first time and Dat did a Great Job! My gel mani lasted over a month. Sam did it the second time and did a horrible job. Gel started cracking with a week and a half so I went back to report to the manager and wantedto schedulean appointmentwith Dat. All hell broke lose when I asked that she discount my next service. Vicki the manager was condescending and rude! Clearly I was treated differently because of my ethnicity and accent. No respect whatsoever! If you want a 2 week gel manicure and waste your money then this is the place for you. Not for me!

This salon was the worst customer service. I went in one day & asked for an SNS fill in.which is what I always get at my normal shop. They apparently don't do fill-ins at this salon & instead of communicating that with me they just took my nails off & started a new full set. They looked like nothing I asked for so I came back the next day to get them fixed, because I've already paid extra for a full set that I didn't even want. The manager argued with me AFTER taking all my nails off that she wouldn't redo them because she was afraid I wouldn't be satisfied. & Offered me a gift card instead of a refund. At this point I had no nails on and I was out the money. After I finally talked her into redoing them they came out decent. I didn't want a gift card, I was already upset at this place lol why would I want to come back? Never will return.

Been going here for over 2 years every few months and have never had a bad experience. They always accommodate my friend and I sitting next to each other for pedis (only time they couldn’t was during COVID and they only had a few chairs open.totally understandable).

I try to go when they open, or during times when they seem to be slower and that makes all the difference, I think. I’ve never waited more than 5 min for any service.

Honestly, I have had nothing but the best experiences with Lavish, Cathy is my nail tech, she does amazing work. Jackie who does my feet also is amazing. I am very rough on my hands and feet, due to all the stuff I have to do for family and personally as well. When I call because I messed up my nails or anything they are always so sweet to get me in with no questions asked. If something is wrong literally a day later and I let them know they are quick to help me get it fixed. Now I have been to a few places where they just want to get paid and that isn't lavish at all, The staff there is always inviting and nice and welcoming when I go in. Vicki the manager is great as well. She is quick to try and make anyone's experience great. I highly recommended this place.

Kate did my pedicure today and did an amazing job. This place is very clean and relaxing and all of the staff seem very friendly. Prices are very fair. I will be back soon!

I’ve tried this place multiple times and I won’t be going back. My pedi lasted less than 25 minutes and barely did a proper pedicure to take care of my feet, nails or cuticles. Not worth the money!

I picked a color and it turned out to look different than the example, Vicki could tell I didn’t like it and reassured me not to feel bad. She was so sweet about it and let me pick a different color and she redid it no problem.

Great experience. A little pricey but so worth it. Only had 1 bad experience and it wasn't worth mentioning. Love this place, relaxing, clean and great customer service.

I had a wonderful experience! Ben did a fantastic job doing the SNS dip for me. The place was busy when I got there but I was still done in about an hour. Will definitely be going back!
