First of all I’m not one to complain and be super picky about my nails. I just want them to look nice for the money I’m paying. That being said I’ve been to this nail salon twice- the first time I was pretty pleased and so I returned last Saturday to have dip nails done again and it was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Everything was fine until the lady put the top coat on my nails and I noticed they were all scuffed up from when she used the nail buffer to make the dip even. I asked her what the lines all over my nails were and she acted like it would go away if she added another top coat, so she did and I could still see them because it was in the powder not the top coat. So I asked again and she took the two layers of top coat off and applied it again. At this point I had given up and was going to pay and leave but at the checkout counter they asked me if everything was ok so I pointed out the fact that my nails were all scuffed up, so a different man came over and took the top coat off again. He then tried applying a coat and realized that didn’t fix anything so he took some of the color off, re-dipped my nails and applied the top coat for the 3rd time. I really appreciate him taking the time to try and fix them but at the end of the day they still didn’t look great. As you can see in the photos I had dip powder all over my nails, cuts on almost every finger, the top coat doesn’t even go to the edge of the color, and you can still see scuff marks on them. I was at the salon for over 2 hours and my fingers hurt for days after getting these done. I don’t think I was asking for much I just wanted a solid color and instead I left with my hands cut up and the polish looking scuffed up. Needless to say I won’t be going back.
