Do not live here. Do not live here. Do not live here. Before I start this, I must say I am extremely easy going, & have never written a bad review ever.
I moved in June 2016 & the rooms were disgusting. Marks all over the walls, counters look like they've been gnawed by insects, & countless stains all over the carpets. There were also footprints on the ceiling? The person before us left a huge acrylic paint stain & we addressed it the day we moved in, & the office never did anything until after we moved out August 2017.no matter how many times we brought it up.
The office doesn't tell you when you're getting a new roommate. You just come home & somebody is in your apartment. This happened to me both times I got a new roommate. Super awkward.
The apartment also has a no-pet policy. My roommate was dog sitting 7 DOGS at a time. Horrible dogs. Never ending barking, going to the bathroom in the house. The whole place smelled awful & I was embarrassed to invite anyone over. I must have gone to the office 15 times, & nothing was ever done because "we only have 3 more months".
This same roommate also locked herself out of the apartment, & let herself back in my breaking my window in my room. Told the office, they said they were sorry it happened & they would fix the window. 2 months later, I moved out with a still broken window. Talk about unsafe!
The office also does not tell you when maintenance is coming. 10am, you'll be asleep, then 3 people barge into your room. I do not mind maintenance coming by, but please tell someone before you do. This happened to me probably 10 times.
Oh, the best part! After moving out, it keeps going. They called me to tell me they still had my $1000 security deposit, after telling me months ago they had transferred it over to my new apartment. Whatever, figured they messed up. They didn't have an answer. Deposited the check into my savings to find a week later they took it back, costing me $30 for a bounced check. I called probably 5 times & left nice, patient voicemails, & I never got a call back. Nice!
Cheap place, but absolutely not worth it. I tell everyone not to move here. I've never met someone who lived here & doesn't have several horror stories. My experience feels straight out of a Lifetime movie.

If you can score an upgraded apartment with the wood floors then you're set, I really like my place. Otherwise you'll get put into an ugly standard apartment with messy non-student slobs

Took over a month to order a part and fix our washing machine (refused to deliver a new or used one). Need more maintenance workers. Staff enters apartments without warning. Poor communication between management, hourly staff, maintenance, and residents.

Don't trust what they said, guys. The community service is terrible here. They always said as soon as possible balabala and pretended to be friendly and nice, and finally, you just wait and wait. So I changed my apartment now and I find most apartments are better than it! Just get out from here. BTW, they charged me a lot from my deposit without specific reasons, so disgusting! Really taking lesson from it! BYE! LEXINGTON CROSSING!

I think one star is excess, may be no star. Don't come here to live, it's not a good choice. When u move out, u will find they can try their best to get money from your security deposit, by using surprising " reasons". So bad experience in here.
