This place is a Joke and a crook. Went to get some used parts there and at check out got a bill for $90.00 ask what cost so much telling me the parts I got which was a used small fender grill two park light and 2 mud flaps that cost so much which I can get on Ebay for less. What a rip off. I will never step foot in there again.
I asked for a price on a dashboard. They told me they can't price it until I pull the part and they see it. Why would I spend two hours pulling a dashboard only to find out the price is not worth it. I have been coming here since it was open. Never ever ever again. They lost a customer that spends probably $5,000 a year at their facility. Now I'll just go down the street and get treated correctly
Huge collection of cars here. But the people working here are not that helpful. Seems like they are reluctant to talk the customers.
This place used to be good, now i guess the new people in charge the place is crappy. I would not recommend anyone to go buy parts at this location on Benoist Farm, due to very very poor customer service.
Always a good experience here. Remember to bring your own tools. $3 to get in, but you're bound to find the car part you're looking for. Prices are okay for the most part. Wheelbarrows are free to use to carry your tools and parts around. Great selection of cars. You can return parts that didn't fit/work within a certain timeframe for cash back. Keep in mind they stopped selling airbags or related parts such as seatbelt buckles/tensioners some 6 months ago
I called service about an experienced I had with a racist employee named Josh and the lady hung up on me. Y’all better fix this
Went to buy some parts someone broke into my car and stole all my tools I went to the manager and he said there's no camra in parking lot
Friendly staff plenty of vehicles $3 admission charge Unfortunately they didn't have the part I needed but it was for a specific vehicle I've been there many times and will return again.
Went to this yard thinking it would be better! Nope! They tell you they have certain cars there, you walk a mile looking and no car there! Go back to the front and they argue that the cars are there! The employees are very rude, cursing loudly! Why does LKQ allow such behavior! Never again LKQ
Was looking for a few rare parts for a '96 Jeep and found exactly what I was looking for. Excellent prices as well.
Horrible customer service. Not a good selection. Completely unhelpful with getting parts off of cars. They charge you to enter the junk yard even if you don't find what you need. Go ANY where else if you can. This place is a last resort and even then look online first.
Gave me a great deal for the car that I sold to them. It was a very easy transaction with a pleasant staff.
Its a huge place and i come here time to time to get what i have get.it gets busy at times there.some people break through parts to get what they want which gets annoying.i dont mind this junkyard.i enjoy my visits to get stuff.

I go there every time good parts but the prices are always higher than the neighbor (u pull and pay)

Both LKQ locations in palm beach are VERY BAD.nails and screws and car parts all over both parking lots.very poor customer service.horrible prices.horrible selection. GO NEXT DOOR. WAY BETTER COMPANY. LKQ SUCKS
If you have the tools, and the knohow to get the right parts, then u will love this place! They have a ton of cars, keep up with their inventory and are extremely helpful! !
