25Not very helpful and they do everything short of patting you down and walking you through a metal detector when you leave. U Pull and Pay directly next door on the north side is superior in every way.
This place is trash compared to U pull and pay. Customer service sucks and the prices are WAY too expensive. Went to buy lower control arms they were all broken Armand the bushing missing.they tried charging me $56 when you can buy them brand new $60 online. Not to mention we went once and my brother rearranged his trunk to put away pieces and they tried saying we took a wire from there. They've idiots.
I went with my wife and first they wanted to charge both of us so I told my wife to wait in the car then the lady said I was mean for saying that to my wife and started giving me advice it's none of your business about are relationship. I'll do my best to stop ppl from going there
Horrible customer service the regional. Manager was there when I was there and this guy is so rude I asked him a question he didint even acknowledge That I was there I was asking a question about a car in inventory just blew me off like he was better than me. So a week later I went to another location on dyer Blvd and there he was again I left I will never buy from lkq again
