Louis Vuitton Tampa Bay

Went here on Christmas Eve (Thursday) to grab a nice purse for someone important but it ended up not the right style for my lady so we went back 3 days later (Saturday) to do an exchange and the staffs was very friendly and great at helping with the exchange, it was 15 minutes before their store closed too! My lady was very happy at the end of the day!

I absolutely love this LV store and all its staff! I have never felt out of place and I ALWAYS seem to end up there in gym clothes and a baseball cap! All the staff have been extremely nice and engaging! Our sales associate Pia is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I will always shop this location when ever I am in the need to purchase a new LV.

Ernesto, Brian, and Shannon are awesome. Great staff and a pleasure to deal with them. Keep up the great work and the amazing staff!

I really like this location mainly because it's the only one in the area that Carries men's items but on top of that the sa's here are really great and helpful

This was my first visit to the Louis Vuitton store at International Plaza Tampa. I was immediately greeted by Alison and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I was unsure of which items I wanted to purchase and she was knowledgeable and patient as I made my selections. I initially considered one type of wallet style and she offered a few suggestions one of which I immediately gravitated towards and purchased. Extremely positive experience and I will be returning to this store to make future purchases. Definitely ask for Alison!

Went to this location on yesterday. When I walked in 2 employees were helping 1 customer and had some bags out on display. I walked up to the counter and asked if one was a cross body bag. The gentleman proceeded to fold over the bag and state yes and they were just showing another customer. And then turned his head back to the female employee and the customer. Neither asked if I needed any help or could they call anyone for assistance. There was literally 2 maybe 3 customers in the store! I walked around the store for about 5 minutes before anyone ever acknowledged me amd asked if I needed help. I would never buy anything in this store. The employees are ignorant and customer service for a high end store is abmonibal.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Thank you for being excellent service for miss Bonnie and mr Brayan but one thing I don’t understand and is Ridiculous how could leave one star for this amazing store in Tampa Bay! They jumped before I went to the door warm atmosphere and right way asked me if need any help. Honestly I went there a lot and it’s been always the same atmosphere even Christmas and very helpful people. Thank you for being there.

Great service really nice employees that work here, didn’t fell pressure to buy certain items while window shopping, but I did leave with a beautiful bag for my wife

I had the best experience here out of any Luxury store I’ve ever been in. The employees were so helpful, patient and friendly. I will definitely return to this store if I come back to Tampa!

I bought a purse here couple years ago and the sales associate didn’t even give me a box for the purse no blue LV bow with the nice packing like everyone else she grabbed 2 bigger LV SHOPPING bags and created some type of concoction where she placed the never full and said I could come later “if I wanted “ for the box. FOR THHE 1300$ purse lol I simply refuse to ever shop here again

I bought my first Louis Vuitton bag at this store last Sunday. I was welcomed by a very nice sales associate she greeted me immediately. I had a few bags in mind I wanted to look at. I found one I wanted. My experience was awesome from start to finish and I plan to return for another bag in the near future. I went back again for another bag 2 weeks later and also a present for my mother. The bags are awesome, both associates I had were wonderful, I will be back for more.

If you want the most enjoyable experience while buying a bag. GO TO LV IN INTERNATIONAL and shop with DALLAS! He is the best. Royal treatment all around. Not rushed, he is not pushy, he is very knowledgeable & friendly, and we had a wonderful time. We left with TWO bags! Thank you Dallas for making our Louis purchase so pleasurable!

There’s so much I can say about my experience at this location but the main thing I would like to bring to attention is the service care patience and professionalism that I received from my Client Advisor Kalliopi Scott. Her information about the product her passion about the brand and her honesty about each piece that I chose had me coming back for more. I never thought I would spend the money I spent in the last month in this location but when I tell you the product is worth every penny the service was just as valuable. Staff is not as attentive as past. LV is becoming mainstream and losing its prior guests to other luxury brands

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I went in twice and they didn’t even have customers the second time around. They still managed to neglect us, and were using their cellphones even when we asked for help. There was not even a single smile to greet us. We went in hopes of buying a couple different products but left in anger, empty handed. For the price the products are, one would at least expect decent service, I have been treated better in dollar stores. I would understand if there were a lot of customers (hence why we came back), but even with no one in the store we were still ignored. Definitely not recommending this store to anyone.

Pretty good sunglasses tho and the lady gave us complimentary soda.
Also I like how the lady took me and my 13 yr old Friends seriously when we asked to buy a 1k sunglasses

Went in this location with my boyfriend and purchased sunglasses and a backpack, they needed to be shipped to our houses so we gave all our info and were told we would be receiving emails and exact times they would arrive, it’s been a full week and we haven’t received any info, we’ve called and they just tell us to keep waiting, called our advisor and she’s not in the store and she told me when she gets back in the next day she would give me info, mind you it was morning when I called, I guess her phone doesn’t call her job, we also asked for info about python sneakers he wanted, they said they’d call us with that info and never did, my boyfriend called and ordered them himself and received them the next day, I live about 40 mins from this store, if I ever go back it’ll just be to see the merchandise in person, I’d rather order online or buy them in the Vegas location

I have given this location a few chances before writing this review. In the past, I have been treated poorly, maybe because I look like a teenager with a Louis bag, but today, a larger blonde by the name of Alison treated me with the upmost disrespect. I had an issue with one of my bags, and the conclusion was that nothing could be done. No big deal, I accept it. However, the way she delivered the message couldn’t be more rude. She talked down to me very condescendingly as if I was slow, and treated me like scum. Instead of explaining why things are done the way they are, she instead told me she couldn’t help me and to essentially leave. My husband stepped in to understand the situation and only then did she do a minimal attempt to help. The way she directed herself towards me was extremely disgusting and do not wish this type of service on anyone else. Save yourself the trouble and order your stuff online or go to another location. I am done with this store due to the poor service I receive almost every single time.

By far outstanding service every time I've visited. Every member takes pride in helping out and making sure you're taken care of.
